02 The Touch of a Mouse

The wet nose of a mouse and the dry heart of a rock

The rock's heart flutters in his chest.

He touches his lip. that was my first kiss. Minnie mouse smiles. 

"you saved my life."

"But I also took it away."

the rock looks away in shame.

 the rock blurts out. dance with me. his eyes filled with tears. 

when Minnie places her hand in the rocks his cheeks turn pink as they start dancing.

Play the song it will be worth it.

they prance and dance as love fills the air. Minnie spins the rock around, and they dance around the dance floor. love is really real, Minnie says. 

I found love in my oppressor.  

The rock does a dangerously beautiful solo, as Minnie mouse watches him in awe. he spins and screams to her.

"THIS IS WHY I LOVE YOU!!"

"Do you hear me, Minnie!?"

"THIS IS WHY I LOVE YOU!!"

he prances in the air while doing the splits he pauses for ten seconds in the air and then he falls down.

 and dies. 

a gasp escapes Minnies lips. 

She runs to him. and cries over his dead body. it was fun while it lasted. my dear. she waits in silence for a moment or two. 

And then suddenly Optimus Prime tears the roof off and tells her, "love is worth fighting for."

A tear drops from her eyes and lands on the rock instantly awakening him. 

he gets back up and they finish their dance ignoring the fact that he just died. Minnie looks at him delicately. 

he dances back over to her he realizes the reasons why he died his heart was so in love with 

Minnie and her tear of love awakened him as he continues to dance around the stage.

In utter awe.
