Journey's Renewal (Prologue)

-:: The cold wind and high terrain is ever present, silence reigning the tone of the setting. As a ever infamous group look for the objective of the "heir" of the planet. To have the brink of hope on saving the beloved planet ::-

-:: The group is no other than Avalanche, made by the ones we all know and care for. Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Yuffie, Nanaki, Cid, Vincent. However one is missing, since the setting they set foot on is no other than the Northern Cave.................yeah........the moment has passed already. The reason is to save the planet, but deep down, the goal is to do justice for a florist ::-

-:: As it stands, they are reaching near the areas, where Sephiroth resides. As the tension between the members grew ::-

Yuffie-:: Umm Cloud, are we getting close?

Cloud-:: We are....

Barret-:: Well, we better be! I need to put a bullet to that bastard! 

Red-:: I suggest to maintain calm, we don't know what could lie ahead, it might not just be Sephiroth.........

Yuffie-:: {whines} But we don't even know we are we going?! I don't see no black robes freaks around here.

Tifa-:: Guys, look {points at something}

-:: Tifa was pointing to a some black robed men, walking as they usually walk. That slow and sick type of movement. They were all headed to a certain direction, however, black and purple mist was summoned, and soon their position was taken place by the one they are looking for ::-

Cloud-:: Sephiroth..............[sheathes the buster sword}

Sephiroth-:: {small smirk} So.............the end is near.................it is time for you to embrace what you are fated to do....................Cloud. 

Cloud-:: Won't fall to your tricks anymore {takes a stance}

Sephiroth-:: hmm, I see..........however, once in her blessing, no escape shall be presented.

Barret-:: AHHHH! {Shoots a focused shot}

Yuffie-:: {throws her shuriken} 

-:: Soon he glides up and slashes towards the group, they manage to dodge it, but it caused for Cloud to be separated. and soon the whispers controlled by Sephiroth's grasp surrounded them. Both being take to the edge of the world ::-

Cloud-:: Hm?! {looks around}

Sephiroth-:: {behind him} one last time, we are here..............

Cloud-:: {takes distance and stances} I'll kill you..........

Sephiroth-:: {snort} Oh Cloud, you still have so much to understand..........this, is not the end. As long the reunion does not takes place, we will be set witness of the confluence of worlds. 

Cloud-:: Even so, I won't take part of it..................Ill kill you before it happens.

Sephiroth-:: {slowly laughs menacingly} 

Cloud-:: {frowns}..........

Sephiroth-:: You will never understand, so Ill tell you.................Cloud, you will fail....as you did save those who got their "homecoming". Death follows you, nothing is what makes you............you won't save the planet, you'll be no hero.

Cloud-:: Shut up!

Sephiroth-:: You won't honor her death............only carry it as burden. 

Cloud-:: {clenches his fist on the grip of the sword}
