Cartman strolled into the mall, Butters trailing behind, his eyes scouring the racks of suits. Butters, ever the eager beaver, was practically bouncing on his heels, excitement bubbling beneath the surface.

After some deliberation, Butters settled on a striking blue suit, his face lighting up as he admired himself in the mirror. Cartman, meanwhile, opted for a classic black suit with a bold red tie, the epitome of suave sophistication.

At the checkout counter, Butters hesitated, glancing nervously at Cartman. "Uh, Cartman, you don't have to pay for my suit. I can cover it myself."

Cartman rolled his eyes, dismissing Butters' protests with a wave of his hand. "Quit being such a wuss, Butters. It's no big deal."

Butters beamed, grateful for Cartman's generosity. "Aw, thanks, Cartman. You're a real pal."

As they left the store, they were unexpectedly accosted by Heidi, looking as radiant as ever.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't Eric Cartman," Heidi cooed, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Looking dapper, as always."

Cartman narrowed his eyes, instantly on guard. "What do you want, Heidi?"

Heidi shrugged nonchalantly, her smile never faltering. "Just thought I'd say hi. And maybe see if you're free for the prom."

Cartman scoffed, his disdain evident. "Me? Go to the prom with you? Yeah, right. I've got better things to do than waste my time with a two-faced bitch like you."

Heidi's expression darkened, her temper flaring. "Excuse me?"

Cartman folded his arms defiantly, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "Oh, did I hurt your feelings, Heidi? Cry me a river. I don't associate with hoes who can't even stay loyal to their boyfriends."

Heidi's cheeks flushed with anger, her fists clenched at her sides. "You're such a jerk, Cartman!"

Cartman smirked smugly, unapologetic. "Maybe so. But at least I have standards."

As Cartman stewed over Heidi's betrayal, a malicious grin crept across his face. Oh, she wanted to play dirty, did she? Well, Cartman was more than willing to oblige. If Heidi thought she could just waltz in and break Kyle's heart without facing any consequences, she had another thing coming.

As he schemed and plotted, Cartman's mind raced with all the ways he could exact his revenge. From spreading rumours to orchestrating embarrassing pranks, Cartman was prepared to go to any lengths to make Heidi regret her decision. After all, nobody messed with Eric Cartman and got away with it.

As Cartman stewed over Heidi's betrayal, Butters couldn't help but notice the tense silence that had settled over his usually boisterous friend. "Uh, Cartman, you okay there, buddy?" Butters ventured cautiously, unsure of how to approach the sudden change in Cartman's demeanour.

Cartman's jaw clenched, his eyes narrowing into dangerous slits as he continued to brood in silence. Butters shifted uncomfortably, his confusion growing with each passing second. This wasn't like Cartman at all – usually, he was the one leading the charge with his loud and abrasive personality.

"Uh, Cartman, you're kinda scaring me here," Butters admitted, his voice tinged with concern. "You wanna talk about what's bothering you?"

But Cartman remained stubbornly silent, his thoughts consumed by thoughts of vengeance against Heidi. Butters wrung his hands nervously, feeling increasingly uneasy in the oppressive silence. He had never seen Cartman like this before, and it was starting to freak him out.

"Come on, Cartman, say something," Butters pleaded, his voice wavering slightly. "I don't like it when you're all quiet like this. It's not like you at all."

But Cartman just continued to stare off into the distance, his expression dark and brooding. Butters sighed heavily, resigning himself to the fact that Cartman wasn't going to open up anytime soon.
