"M-m-mom I swear I can explain"I stuttered
But she ignored me and looked around the house
Then she gripped my arm and started dragging me
"M-mom where are you taking me" I said
"Shut up" she said as she dragged me up the stairs
We went into my room and she slammed my door shut
"Mom I tried to tell you! I really did b-bu-" I stuttered
"WHATS HIS NAME GIRL!?" She gripped my shoulders
"W-what?" I said confused
"What's his name? How old is he? Is he nice!?" She starts asking me
"Uhm...are you not mad?" I asked
"Oh I'm furious that you've been sneaking out and hadn't told me but besides that I'm actually very happy for you" she hugged me
That's hug...she hadn't hugged me in a lot of years...it felt really really...nice/awkward?
I couldn't believe my ears though was I being set up? Was this a lie?
"A-am I being set up?" I scratched my neck
"What!? No y/n I'm being deadass" she said
"And besides he's a little handsome" she raised her brows at me and hit me with her elbow
I let out a little giggled
"D-does dad know?" I asked
"Pffff what!? Oh god no he would kill you" she said
"Damn you right" I laughed
"Anyways tell me about him and where you've been sneaking off too" she said
"Okay well so..."
I started telling my mom everything about him and about our little adventures...well not everything of course, I would switch up some stuff here and there.
But this felt great!! I was finally having a normal conversation with her It finally felt like I was talking to my mom instead of a complete stranger
"S-so you're really not mad!?" I said
"Like I said I'm mad that you didn't tell me and that you where hiding stuff and your going to get grounded for about 1 weeks because of that but girlllll I'm so happy for you" she hugged me
"And besides I used to have a bunch of boyfriends, phew you should've seen me in high school" she laughed
