In kapoor mansion
Anu- mumma apko pata hai ravya ( her friend ) ke pass ek cute sa brother hai. Voh usse har rakshabandhan rakhi tie karti hai.

Anu- yes papa bua best thi I miss her a lot. Aaj voh hoti toh unka beta Mera Bhai hota na.
Soundarya feels bad as she is hiding this from her family.
At hospital
Farah came to hospital in which Shivit was admitted. She came for a regular checkup. While walking she accidentally collides with Shivit .
Farah- ouch lag gayi
Shivi- lagegi na dekh ke chalo dadi.
She got suprised to see the kid as he resembled a lot with shiv
Farah- dadi kise bola ?
Shivi- aapko
Farah - mai dadi nahi hu abhi toh young hu. Call me didi
Shivi- no
Farah- aap kiske sath aaye ho idhar?
Nurse - mam actually yeh yaha ka patient hai iski kuch dino mein surgery hone wali hai.
Farah - itne chote bache ki surgery?
Nurse - haa kuch heart mein complications hai.
Farah- beta God bless you aap jaldi theek ho jao.
By saying this she gave him a chocolate. Nimrit saw this reunion and gets happy.
In shivit's room
Shivi- mumma aapko pata hai mujhe ek chocolate Mila ek aunty ne Diya
Nim- abhi aap yeh nahi kha sakte. Jab tak doctor allow nahi karte tab Tak toh bilkul bhi nahi.
In two hours shiv entered in to the hospital to collect Farah's report
At that time nimrit saw shiv and tried to hide but was not able to find a place to hide so she went into storeroom where extra injections and other medical materials are stored.
But unfortunately the door gets locked.
In meantime shiv saw Shivit
Shiv- hello
Shivi- hello uncle
Shiv- aap yaha Mumbai mein, mujhse Milne aaye ho ?
Shivi- no Mera toh corporation hone wala hai.
Shiv- kya ?
Muskan - ji iska operation hone wala hai.
Shiv- kyu chocolates jyada kha Li kya ?
Muskan - ji iske heart mein minor problem hai toh uska hi operation hai.
Shiv feels sad listening this. He was confused why he was attracted to the boy.
Meanwhile a nurse came in rush
Muskan - kya hua itni rush kyu kar rahe ho?
Nurse- ji Shivit ki mom storeroom mai phas gayi hai aur door lock ho gaya hai and key nahi mil Rahi.
The storeroom was conjusted and small and nimrit was there for 1 hour.
So due to low oxygen she fainted.
Shiv- chaliye mai aapki help karta hu.
Muskan was nervous at that time but she thought this is the right time for truth reveal.
Nurse and the guard were not able to find the key so shiv decided to break the door.
Shiv opens the door and it was all dark so he could not see nimrit's face.
Then the guard turned on the lights.
Shiv was shocked to see nimrit. He was very happy to see back his namya
They took her in doctor's room for her checkup. Shiv was with her whole time.
Shiv- doctor, kya hua?
Doctor - kuch nahi she will be fine
Shiv kept talking to nimrit thoe she was not in her senses. Then he realised that Shivit is his son. He clearly remembered nimrit's pregnancy before Abu's death. Now he was getting angry on Nimrit.
He called Kapoor's and Thakres in the hospital.
Before their arrival nimrit woke up
Nim- shiv ?
Shiv came and tightly hugged her she hugs him back
Shiv- pagal hai kya itne time dur kyu thi mujhse?
Mai kitna wait kar raha tha.
Nimrit didn't answer
Shiv- humara beta🥺 tune uske bare mein bhi nahi bataya.
He suddenly gets angry
Shiv- kyu Kiya yeh sab, mujhe mere bete se dur rakha ?
Nim- shiv
Shiv didn't listen anything and just left her and went to meet Shivit
Shiv took him and hugs him tightly.
Shivi- uncle kya hua roo kyu rahe ho?
Shiv- baby uncle nahi papa.
Shivi- papa ?
Shiv- yes mai aapka papa hu.
Shivi- sachi 😄 finally aap mujhe mil gye. Apne phele kyu nahi bataya
Shiv- mujhe laga aap pehchanoge. Mai na aapke sath game khel Raha tha but aap toh pehchan hi nahi paye.
Shivi- papa I missed you so much
Abhi aap mai aur mumma sath rahenge na.
Shiv- haa abhi mere sath hi rahoge.
Rest family members entered the hospital. Shiv told them everything
Everyone were angry on Nimrit
Farah- tu Aisa kaise kar sakti hai?
Sajid- as expected yahi karegi.
Mamta - tujhe atleast humare pass aana chahiye tha. Sab kuch destroy kiya
Muskan - please yeh sab abhi discuss nahi karte kal Shivit ka operation uspe focus karte hai.
Shiv- kya hua hai use ?
Nim- he has some heart complications
Surgery was the last option
Mamta- beta baat surgery pe aa gayi tune Hume inform bhi nahi kiya. Atleast Hume toh bata deti.
Farah- shiv ka toh pura haq tha sach janne ka
Sajid- tum toh ho hi selfish but Maine nhi socha ki ek maa itni selfish ho sakti hai.
This time each and every one was taunting Nimrit .
Shiv- abhi Shivit humare sath jayega uske ghar.
Doctor - excuse me surgery kuch hi time mein start hogi. We need parents signature.
Nim- yes
So the surgery started. Everyone was waiting for the result.
Shiv and Nimrit were allowed in the passage of room near operation theatre. So that they could see the surgery.
( They were completely out of OT )
Shiv- nimrit agar mere bete ko kuch ho gaya na main tumhe kabhi maaf nhi karunga.
Nim- tum kya agar usse kuch ho gaya toh Mai khud apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paungi.
Everyone was praying for Shivit's surgery. Let's see will it be successful or shivrit will loose their first born
