Yoongi gained his consciousness and showed some moments. He felt light headed and his limps were numb. He blinked rapidly to clear out his blurry vision. When his vision was clear enough he took a look around the room

His breath hitched on realising that the place he was in is very unknown to him. He was sitting in the middle of a dark room with his hands and legs tied up to a chair and a light bulb over his head which was the only source of light in that room. Yet the room was still very shady

The sound of the door knob twisting and being turned around echoed inside the door. The door opened and a number of shadows entered the room

The light was turned on and light illuminated inside the room. Yoongi recognised the people standing. A chair was placed infront of Yoongi a few feet away from him. M.E sat down on the chair, and crisscrossed her legs

"How are you feeling now, Yoongi?", M.E asked while removing the mask covering half of her face. Yoongi looked at her with a shocked expression. He never in his wildest dreams expected Maeve to be behind that mask

"Maeve Edison? M.E?", Yoongi asked, too confused. "More like Marie Edison", Maeve said. "Maeve Edison is dead. She was my twin sister. My parents abandoned me when we were born, so I killed her and took her place", she added with a small smirk on her lips

Yoongi couldn't process the information. He was too stunned to speak. After realising his situation Yoongi opened his mouth, "Why did you kidnap me?"

Marie let out a small laugh before answering, "You are my competitor and I don't like competitions"

"So, are you going to kill me?", Yoongi asked. "Not before I torture you for a good long while. You have a really interesting and long crime list, you deserve to be punished for your crimes", Marie said

"What do you mean by punishment?, I don't have a long crime list", Yoongi said

"You killed atleast eighty-six people. Forty women, twenty-six men and twenty children, nine girls and eleven boys. In order to eliminate competitors you hired people to spread rumours and scandals against those companies. You stole a hundred million dollars from different banks and made sure to hack the cameras and change the footages. And the list goes on"

Yoongi shut his mouth on hearing his crimes. He thought nobody knew about them. He made sure no one did. But again, how did Marie know about them?

Seeing Yoongi's confused face she answered him, "I have my own people working in your company, they are the ones giving me all your personal data and information"

At that moment, Hwang entered the room. "Including me", he said

Yoongi was going through a rollercoaster of emotions. He felt betrayed, angry, sad and miserable. The thought of his business empire collapsing after he built it with so much hardwork seemed very heartbreaking to him. But he very much deserved it for the deeds he had done. They were unforgivable

Short chapter but the time taken to write this chapter was long enough. I've been feeling very down while trying to write stories and I am trying to fix that habit
