Friends since the 3rd grade | part 2

THE NEXT MORNING I woke up with a gruesome headache and headed to take a shower in the rich marble bathroom.

After taking a shower I got changed into a pair of jean shorts and a top. I headed downstairs where I found Sarah, Wheezie, Rose, and Ward preparing breakfast. Rafe must've gone out because he was not there.

"Hey." Wheezie smiled at me and went to hug me.

"Hey." I said smiling back at her.

She smiled up at me and brought me to the table to eat breakfast. I sat down on the seat beside Sarah.

"Hey." Sarah smiled. "How was your sleep?" She winked.

"It was ok." I replied. "I had a gruesome headache but it went away."

While eating my phone dinged and l checked it.

JJ had texted me about going on a boat ride with him and the pouges. I agreed and Sarah said she was also going too.

After finishing dinner I fixed myself up a bit and went on my phone on my bed. It was only 12:00 and they were going to be here by 1:00 so I had an hour.

After that hour I got a message saying they were outside I got Sarah and we went outside.

"There they are!" John B yelled waving at me and Sarah.

We both waved back laughing. Once we got to the dock they parked their boat on Pope took my hand and helped me on.

"Want a beer?" Jj asked us taking some out Kie's red cooler.

"Yeah thanks." I said. He handed both me and Sarah a beer.

"So why'd you move to Sarah's?" John B asked me.

"My mom had this stupid job thing that had to be across the country." I rolled my eyes thinking about it. Later I found myself venting to them about how my mom needed to leave.

After I told them about it we headed to The Wreck to eat lunch.

We parked and went inside the restaurant. Kie got us a both and we sat. And then we ordered some food.

In the middle of eating I heard the door open and close. So I turned my head to see and Rafe was standing there with Kelce and Topper.

Topper turned his head and his eyes caught with mine. He whispered something into Rafe's ear and Rafe smirked and began walking over to them.

"What's up pouges" Rafe asked with his hands in his pockets.

"What Rafe?" I told him annoyed.

He shrugged and said: "can't I say hi to my sister?"

I rolled my eyes when Sarah got up.

"Rafe. Please go away." Sarah said trying to push him away. But Rafe stood stiff.

"Dude." JJ got up aggressively. "She said leave." He pushed Rafe hard that they both pushed back.

Rafe's hands then left his pockets and his fists clenched closed and his knuckles white. Rafe then pushed JJ back and they were about to throw hands when Kie broke it.

"Hey! Knock it off." Kie said talking to both of them.

Rafe turned to look at his minions and said: "Come on let's go." He said and clenched his jaw then walked away. They took their food and left the restaurant.

JJ and Sarah both sat down and sighed.

"So? How was the party last night?" Sarah asked to change the mood.
