chapter 7: GET IT (insane)

I woke up early in the morning and did my workout. While working out I was trying my best to focus but when I closed my eyes, I saw his face. I gasped and stopped the pace of the fast running treadmill as I rested my hands on the bars as the side.

I faced down as continuous breath was getting out of my lungs. Getting off from the treadmill I opted for push ups. Landing my hands on the mat as I put all the pressure on them while my body was supported by the legs and I started pushing up.

I never knew focusing would be so hard for me. It never did. I got furious I'm sure it's all happening because of him. If only he never came into my life, if only I did not go to that fucking party, if only I did not fucking lose my mind and agree to go with him...what the fuck were you thinking Zuri??

Getting up I walked out from the room finishing my workout. I can't take it anymore. I fucking hate him. My mind is fucked up, i changed my mind, I'll kill him.....

It was 6:45 in the morning and I was getting ready for school. Wearing the school uniform I had my breakfast. Pretty good, egg, bread, soup, rice and my favourite iced coffee. Finishing them I sat in my car as the driver drove off.

Getting off the car I was just entering the front gate and that's when I saw someone passing past me. I looked up and saw it was Kevin, a smirk appeared on my face. I hope he'll get his lesson soon. I entered the class as everyone where gossiping ignoring them I sat on my place.

"Hey Zuri, can we be friends?" A girl came to me showing her hands right infront of my face. She was very soft, her hair laid down, round face, doe eyes, fair skin, a very calm and soft voice. She was pretty. I saw her hands and thought for a while as I looked at her face.

Her smile was pretty just like her voice. I couldn't resist so I held her hand. She sat down infront of me after pulling a chair towards me as we talked for a while. Soon our homeroom teacher came in as everyone went back to their place. I forgot to ask her name, I'll do it in lunch time.

"So students we're going to perform an activity. We have invited some excellent teachers who train in fire force agencies. They are very talented and because of them many people were able to save their own lives. Today they are here so that you can also save your own lives like them...haha" nobody laughed, fortunately.

"Anyways let us begin. I'll meet you all in the auditorium exactly after this class" as he went out of the class. "So no class for today?" One of the student shouted behind. "Yes there's no class for today" said teacher as everyone where shouting out of joy.

Everyone started gossiping again as that girl came towards me snatched a seat and sat facing towards me. I was not sure how to start a conversation with her but somehow i smiled and so did she. I really do like her smile, i wonder how she does not have many friends already.

"Hi, my name is Zuri" I started the conversation with her

"I know, I am Raela, you can call me Ella" Raela..very unique no wonder how it suits her so well.

"Your name is very unique"

"I know right, my grandfather named me he is pretty good with names"

"You must be his favourite"

"Sure I am. He gifted me this bangle yesterday, isn't it pretty? The rhinestones make it look very beautiful"

"Is it real gold?"

"Yes it is, my grandfather is just amazing. He gives me whatever I want doesn't matter how expensive it is"

"Oh well, that's great"

"Yes and you must be very used to it..I mean you must be getting more than this right?"

I stayed silent. It's not true that I get everything I want. Things are different now, but I never got what I want, and I never will. I can never have that love, that parental love that everyone craves for, I'm basically an orphan.

For a while we keep talking. Actually it's her talking a lot and I'm here thinking how to kill him. Bell rang as the first class was over, we all ran towards the auditorium exactly where we had to and sat on the chairs. Raela sat beside me as the the program got started.

We spent the whole day like this sitting in one room except we had to get out from it for break as we went back in. The whole day Raela was with me. We had a good time today but now it was time to go.

I sat in the car as she walked off. I was smiling in the car thinking about the day i spent with her. It was actually very unrealistic, I never had a friend like her. She's pretty, cool, calm and kind. I like her.

The moment I noticed myself smiling, i stopped doing it. I came back to normal not because I did not want to show it but because I don't know what has happened to me since I have came here. I don't like this. Or do I?

I came into my room and did my routine that I was supposed to. I sat and started thinking about how to get rid of him. And that's the moment I came up with a great plan. I dailed a number as it started ringing.

"Do what you are suppose to" i commanded after telling him all the details to get him. It was 12:00 am and i was walking in my room bare foot from one corner to the other. Soon there was a knock on my door.

I ran towards it as I twisted the knob to open it. I saw the maid standing in front as she said, "it's ready" a firm smirk formed in my face as I went to the place I was supposed to.

It was a dungeon where no body came around so I made it my secret place. I entered it as I saw a man tied on the chair as a black bag covered his face. Dressed in a trouser and a shirt.

I walked towards him as I snatched the bag from his face and ripped off the tape. He was drenched in sweat as his vision was blur but somehow he dared to look right into my eyes.

"Hello Kevin....."
