All the committee members, some villagers, the king , the queen and blaze were sitting in thier respective places.
The king was to declare the execution of Ash and Luke.
They were standing in front of his majesty, in bathed in thier own blood.
Ash couldn't even stand properly, and blaze felt helpless that time.
He could have been standing there with Ash getting the punishment, instead of Luke, who was innocent .
The queen smirked at Ash, who just stared at the queen then at James who was far behind, then again he looked at the queen, indicating he knew something that no one knew in the castle.
"We are here to get the declaration of punishment for Ash and Luke, for them being in a homosexual relationship, in this holy kingdom. " a minister from the committee said.
"His majesty, can you please do the honor of declaration?" He said towards the majesty bowing in front of him.
The king gave him just a nod, before he sighed "I the king of sylime kingdom, order 5 years of execution from this kingdom-"
But before the announcement could have been completed, the assembly was roared with people's whisper.
"Assembly, silence!" The minister who was kind of hosting the assembly ordered the assembly. The assembly went silent.
"His majesty please complete the declaration. " the minister said politely to the king.
"And after 5 years they'll be able to come to sylime ,and be recognized as one of the citizens ,as now." The announcement from the king's side was done.
Luke was perplexed, because in his mind he had planned how him and ash were going to survive their rest of the life working wages, but here they were going to get punishment for just 5 year, then with the same confusion in his mind he turned to look at Ash, who was more relaxed.
"Please pardon me his majesty but....may I know why the punishment is so short for them comparing to others you have punished for mere stealing?" a minister asked in the whole assembly.
"Is it because prince Blaze and Ash have been friends since childhood?"
"Are you doing partiality, his majesty?"
The question opposing, the king's decision went on and on.
"ENOUGH!" King Arthur echoed in the assembly standing up.
He watched every person there, they were silent now.
"The decision has been made, and I am not going to tolerate any kind of objection over any of my decision ever." He said and left the assembly, the committee and the audience was now curious.
"So, as per his majesty have declared, I announce for Ash and Luke's leaving this immediately. " the minister said.
"We grant !" The committee said in union. And like that the assembly was over, leaving Blaze's mind full of questions.
