Staring at the ceiling, counting cracks and tiles
Another day of nothing, stretching on for miles
Brain feels like a puddle, thoughts all slow and thick
Wish there was a magic trick, to make this boredom click
Clock ticks slow and steady, teasing with its pace
Wish I had an adventure, to break out of this place

Oh, boredom, you're a beast I know too well
Lurking in the corners, casting your dull spell
But wait, a knock upon the door, a break in the routine
Maybe there's a lesson here, a chance to be unseen

Stepping to the doorway, a bright face greets the day
Sparkling eyes and questions, chasing boredom away
They gather round me, eager minds to fill
With stories, songs, and knowledge, up on learning's hill

Boredom melts like snowflakes, on a warm spring day
Replaced by curiosity, that lights the learning way
Sharing what I know, a fire starts to burn
These young minds, a garden, where new ideas yearn

Teaching isn't just a job, it's a chance to inspire
To set imaginations free, and fan the creative fire
From the depths of boredom, a world unfolds so wide
With maps and microscopes, where knowledge can confide

So boredom, thank you for the pause, the space to reconsider
The spark that lies within us all, the flame that burns the brighter
With every lesson shared, a connection takes its flight
Boredom fades to fascination, in the golden learning light
