𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒍𝒂 𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒕 a sign that says Big Texas Towing and Salvage yard. Dean is driving, Maeve is leaning forward; running her fingers through his hair. She always plays with his hair to keep herself busy when she got bored from the drive. He loves it. He looks over and sees that Sam is asleep with his mouth open and snoring slightly. He gives Maeve a wink through the mirror causing her to stop her ministrations and watch as he fiddles around then carefully places a plastic spoon in Sam's mouth. Grinning, he flips open his phone and takes a photo, Maeve watches with a small smile and shake of her head. Dean clicks his tongue, then turns the music up loud. He starts singing along with the song, loudly, "Fire...of unknown origins...took my baby away!" Sam jerks up, realizes something is in his mouth, waves his arms as he spits it out. Dean air drums along to the song on the steering wheel then looks over, grinning as Sam wipes his mouth and turns down the music.

"Ha ha, very funny." Sam grumbles out in annoyance. Maeve and Dean laugh, "Sorry, not a lot of scenery here in East Texas, kinda gotta make your own." Dean shrugs, Maeve watches with entertainment shining in her eyes. "Man we're not kids anymore Dean. We're not going to start that crap up again." Sam snips towards his older brother, Maeve raises a brow in slight confusion and interest. "Start what up?" She asks, leaning forward to look between them. "That prank stuff. It's stupid, and it always escalates." Sam answers her, Maeve laughs lightly. "What's the matter Sammy, scared you're going to get a little Nair in your shampoo again huh?" Sam scoffs at Dean's words. "All right, just remember you started it." Maeve slowly sits back and watches as Dean perks up in excitement. "Ah ha, bring it on baldy." She shakes her head with a giggle, she loves watching them. She wished she had a relationship like theirs, sure she had a brother, a long time ago, but it wasn't the same. Their mother adopted her before sending her off to the temple to work for the gods. The brother she had been given, well they didn't really talk much, they never really had the time. It was sad really, because Maeve knew deep down that Apollo had wanted to become closer but after what happened, they never stood a chance at being real siblings.

When, she was disowned for what happened to her, by the goddess she was serving, by the woman who was supposed to protect her; her trust in others shattered. Her mother threw her to the goddess and the god who ruined her got away with it. That was the only time she had ever begged for mercy, she learned quickly that she wasn't going to get any. Her dad... "Where are we anyway." Maeve snaps out of her thoughts at the sound of Sam's voice. "A few hours outside of Richardson. Gimme the low down again?" Sam pulls the research onto his lap and begins reading it out loud. "All right, about a month or two ago this group of kids goes poking around in this local haunted house." Maeve and Dean frown in confusion, "Haunted by what?" The reply together, "Apparently, a misogynistic spirit. Legend goes, it takes girls and strings them up in the rafters. Anyway this group of kids see this dead girl hanging in the cellar." Sam explains to the couple who nod in response. "Anybody ID the corpse?" Dean asks him, "Well, that's the thing. By the time the cops got there the body was gone. So cops are saying the kids were just yanking chains."
