Gemma knew she was wearing Tig down about pursuing Kit and it pleased her greatly. That Friday night's party, Kit showed up after she'd had dinner not expecting anything other than the normal shenanigans from the bikers and the whores. She headed straight for the bar for a mixed drink before looking around to see what was going on and where she wanted to sit. Tig was sitting on the couch by the pool table watching Juice and Chibs playing against one another when she wandered over. He grinned at her and quietly told her how great she looked that evening making her smile shyly at him. She sipped on her drink and watched the pool game for a few minutes before Tig brought up what Gemma was doing. It shocked her to hear that Gemma was pressuring him to pursue her and all the reasons why they'd make a good couple.

Although Kit couldn't deny the reasoning, she didn't want it to be too obvious that she and Tig were already in a relationship or that she really wanted the curly headed biker. Tig chuckled and told her he'd been resisting the idea as much as he could but he was getting to where he couldn't come up with any good excuses anymore and that he might give in to Gemma's reasoning soon. She chuckled and said she'd put up a fight as long as she could but would love it if they could become a real couple in the eyes of the club and not be looked down on it since she was a widow. Chibs greeted Kit when he finally noticed her sitting with Tig. She laughed and greeted him back. He got her talking about her work week at the hospital as he continued his game against Juice. The three men just nodded as she explained some of the patient's conditions and attitudes. Chibs wasn't sure he'd be able to hack it as a trauma surgeon or not. She loved her job as it was never boring and each day brought something new. When Chibs beat Juice, Tig suggested they play doubles. The medic called having Kit on his team making her laugh again and agree.

The foursome played pool for a few hours before Chibs decided he wanted to go find himself some "company" for the rest of the evening. Tig wanted to get into the ring leaving Juice and Kit to play against one another. Although the Puerto Rican thought she was a beautiful woman, he never saw her as anything but a friend to the club. He enjoyed her company, especially as she didn't treat him like the "special" cousin everyone just tolerates. She engaged him in conversation as they played and actually listened to what he said. After a while, Juice decided he wanted to find himself some company for the rest of the evening leaving Kit by herself. She didn't mind it, after all men had needs. She found a seat at an empty table and sipped on the remainder of her drink just watching the debauchery around her. Gemma noticed her sitting by herself and decided now would be a good time for a talk. She sat down with the unsuspecting, or so she thought, young woman and gave a wide smile.

"How're you doing, baby?" Gemma sweetly asked.

"Better. I should probably get out more, though." Kit chuckled.

"Have you been seeing anyone?" Gemma tested.

"I've gone on a couple dates here and there but so far no one has really caught my interest." Kit shrugged.

"Maybe you'd feel better about dating if it were someone you were already familiar with." Gemma suggested making Kit look over at her.

'So this is how she's bringing me and Tig up, huh?' Kit thought to herself as she stared at Gemma who was grinning at her.

"I'm just saying that it might help you feel more comfortable with a new partner if he were someone you were already familiar and friends with." Gemma smirked.

"And who do you think might want to date a widow?" Kit raised her eyebrow.

"There are plenty of bikers here who could use a good woman like you. All you have to do is take your pick." Gemma replied, "Tig might be a good choice for you. He seems to make you laugh the most."
