He proceeded to get a drink and walk over to the woman, about to stand on the same wall as her.

His shoelace was untied, and he almost tripped.

Suddenly, he gained his footing and successfully landed on the wall next to his target.

"What's up?" he says to her.

The woman glances at him.

"Nothing much. You?"
"Ditto. It's my first party, so I'm kind of adapting to it," he tells her.
The woman nods before looking away from his sight. So far, average conversation. Fushiguro looks down and saw the shoes she was wearing, a bit unique from what everyone else was wearing.

"I like your shoes. Really make you stand out," Fushiguro compliments.
"Thanks," the woman says, "Got them from England."
"They remind of something, but I can't remember what," Fushiguro says, "Maybe I'm dreaming..."
