(5) A secret exposed?

Well, late on update bc two of my fav books just got updated.

Previous chapter recap:

Venti got back into the principal office for a 4 hour long lecture.

Venti and Rayne are roommates.

Venti got out of the dorm first, because he had eaten breakfast faster, on his way to watch the match.

When he got to the middle of the hallway, the wind was acting a bit strange, alarming someone else's presence...

But he didn't pay much attention, knowing that this is a school and of course there will be students-

He got kidnapped.

Venti POV:

Oh gosh... I got kidnapped.

Oh no! 🙄 (Ik it's cringe but bear with me)

I couldn't see my surroundings because of a freaking blindfold. But I could analyse the surroundings, and an aura.

Hmm.... Seems like the wind was correct...

' Loading...

Year: First Year

Dorm: Orca

Lines: Double liner'

Carpaccio?

"Hello there, Venti."

"Why did you tie me up, Carpaccio ?"

I responded back immediately, catching him off guard.

"I must say, you know how to recognise voices."

"Tell me, what's the reason for you to littearly kidnap me."

I asked, in a not very friendly tone.

"Oh, maybe it's because I know that you don't really have two lines. The Healing Cane doesn't lie about Marks."

I tensed up a bit at his words.

"W-what are you saying? I do have two marks. Ehe..."

I mentally slapped myself for stuttering, and quietly untying myself.

"Let's not lie, I've seen your other lines."

"Was it necessary for me to be tied and blindfolded? It feels like one of those, y'know, Yoai books-"

"Stop, stop, I'll untie you."

The male immediately surrendered, though, in his mind, he would kinda like doing that.

Finally, I can see the light once again, and just as expected, it's that red-headed buffoon.

-Somewhere else-

"AchoO! What is up with these sudden sneezes?"

"Maybe someone was reminded of you or insulted you."

A certain purplette responded whilst combing her hair.

-Back to the room-

"Have any evidence?"

"I will have, now."

I see him taking out his wand, pointing it towards me. With a Goddess that had bandages all around its head with rock feather wings behind him.
