"You're staring, warrior" he said still not looking at you. "I..I apologize." You realised what you were doing. And continued to read the book. There was a silence there. You spent the rest of the day at the library. You were convincing yourself that Loki's presence did not affect you but it did. At the night you tried to sleep but you couldn't. You never thought Loki loved reading books. You two had atleast one thing in common. His face appearing again and again before your eyes. "He seems interesting." you thought. "Wait..wait. What are you doing Y/n. Stop thinking about him." You came back to reality and fell asleep.
The same was with him. He never thought that a warrior would like reading. In his mind, warriors were ferocious, always ready to fight- reading was never in their blood. But you..you were different. He never saw someone reading in the library before except him. No one has ever dared to talk with him like the way you did. You were a rude, arrogant and stubborn woman. You were different from any woman he met before. He didn't know anything about you but he wanted to. You were driving him crazy. But he hated you. He did. This type of hate was unique. Both of your minds were busy thinking about each other. And the thing was both of you had to stop it.
