A Warrior and a Prince [Loki x female reader]

           Thor and Loki were in centre. The princesses were crazy to dance with them especially Thor. You could clearly see Loki was uncomfortable. His eyes were finding someone. Someone with whom he was comfortable. Yes he was finding you.Thor chose a princess to dance with and Loki too. He didn't want to dance with all those princesses but he was left with no choice. You watched them. Loki's hand resting on the woman's waist. Her hands around his neck. They were dancing on a slow waltz. You couldn't look at them. What was happening to you? Were you envious? Envious of the princesses. Because you imagined yourself there? You were happy and sad both at the same time. You never felt jealousy or envious before. Then why now? You couldn't resist seeing them there. So you excused yourself out of the ballroom. Due to the royal ball all the guards were near the ballroom. No one was in the corridors. So it was good for you to be there without someone noticing you. But Loki did. Loki saw you storming out of the ballroom. Your cape disappearing behind the walls. He wanted to stop you. But how? Escaping from middle of crowd was difficult. So he teleported himself out of there. The woman dancing with him was stunned. Your eyes were ready to tear when you heard someone calling you. "Y/n..Y/n wait." Loki shouted. His steps echoing behind yours. Your breath was caught in your lungs. You quickly washed all your tears up. You heard his voice but you didn't turn. Instead you increased your speed. It was so painful to ignore him like that. "Y/n..wait where are you going?" He asked again still following you. "Loki. I have work leave me alone." You said still not looking. " I think we should talk." He said. "What do you need Loki?" You asked walking. "You." He replied. For once your thoughts stopped. You heard his words correctly. "Loki just leave me alone." You said with the same speed of walking.  "Firstly will you stop walking so fast or I should call running? " He said "No." You replied. "Fine then." He said teleported himself just behind you and caught your wrist. "What are you doing Loki?" You asked anger in your voice. "I must be the one asking that." He replied. "What do you want?" "Answer." He replied. "Answer about why are you avoiding me? Have I did something wrong?" He asked. "I have no answer for that." You replied harshly. "You can't lie to the god of lies darling." He said. "I am not lying." You tried to defend yourself.
