Harry's POV

I gently pushed her back as both our faces turn red and Alice was shooting dirty looks at us but Hannah didn't seem to notice.

"Watch what your stepping on", I rudely remarked to get rid of the nonsense Alice was creating in her head and to my surprise it did.

Hannah nodded and looks down at her feet before holding on to the rail by her side.

The first room we entered was dark and the reflection off the moonlight was shining on a chair which looked like the one Alice was sitting on downstairs when she fell asleep.

I found the string to turn on the lightbulb but the stupid thing didn't work .After many attempts of pulling the dusty string, on my last pull the string collapsed on the floor whilst I was holding the knot.

"Okay, I don't want to be the one to sleep in this crapfest", Alice observed quickly.

"Me either", Eric admitted.

"I'll stay in this room", Hannah raised her arm and smiled.

"Alone?", Eric gestured.

No way.

No fucking way was I letting that prick stay with my girlfr....ex-girlfriend. If that prick made even the slightest move on her, I was going to pin him on the floor and continuously punch his face until all his teeth were broken. I didn't care if he was my friend. He didn't act like one, so don't the rest except from Brian and Hannah.

I didn't have a problem when he tries to get with any other girls, even Alice, but when my Hannah was involved with boys like him images flashes in my mind of how he would treat her, just like I did before I fell in love with her.

Before I was about to say anything, Hannah disrupted "Yeh, it's fine".

"Are you sure, those dolls look creepy and what if something collapses on you and what about-"

"She said it's fucking fine!",I managed to yell through clenched teeth tightly gripping the collar of his t-shirt.

Hannah's POV

We all looked at Harry in surprise as he stepped back and meets my eyes. I quickly look away to Alice and there was a smirk plastered on her face with one of her eyebrows raised up as she is covering the window with the doors attached to its sides. After 5 seconds of silence the light turned on and there we all saw Brian holding a fuse.

"Just so you know guys, every room has a switch and a string to pull to alarm a waitress for your needs in breakfast. Obviously there are no waitresses living here so yeah, there's no point using that.", Brian pointed to the string swirled across the floor.

Oh.

Eric walked out the room and footsteps are heard as he patters down the stairs.

"Everything okay here?", Brian questioned throwing his eyebrows down expecting an answer.

"Yeh, yes. Everything's fine". I sounded like an idiot rushing my words to quickly and wafting my hands in front of me like some doofus.

"Everything was fine until my jealous ,obnoxious brother had to create a scene", Alice muttered. Create a scene? She's one to chat! I swear she had a thing for Eric and wouldn't admit it because of her pride just like Harry wouldn't .....with me.

All of a sudden the lights went of and it was pitch black.

...........

"What the hell?!", Harry exclaimed as he curses under his breath.

"Hmmm, why this is odd. I checked each and every light to manufacture properly. Why have the lights gone off?". That was the first time I heard Brian ask a question to us.

"Well we don't know brainiac. Probably you've done something wrong", Alice whispered rudely.

"The power probably drained out seeing as no one has been here for years to pay their electricity bills.", he whispered backs logically.

"Why are we all whispering?", Harry whispered loudly, mostly sounding like a hiss. It was good to know he has calmed down from the previous situation that Eric walked of from.

"Everyone hold hands, that way we will know where we are so we can make our ways out without getting lost in this crowded large room.", I suggested proudly.

"Uggh. No way, that's kindergarten stuff.", Alice scoffed.

"Just do it", Harry hissed, this time fully hiss.

After three minutes of shuffling, arguing and crashing into one another, everyone seemed to be remaining still as they were all silent.

"Everyone got a partner?", I checked.

"I think so", Brian whimpered.

Holding on to me was Harry, I think. It had to be him. His rough-soft, warm hands were smoothing up my wrist and back down to hold my hands except, it didn't feel the way it used to. The way how I would feel goosebumps and a warm closure between us that is like electricity or a strong wave of wind forcing us nearer.

"Harry, is that you?", I panted closing my eyes expecting a small kiss on my neck.

When the lights turned on, I found myself staring at three figures standing in front of me all looking at each eachother whilst I started breathing heavily and snapped my head to the side.

There was no body there, then who was holding my hand?
