And now for that small note part.
So, a bit of an explanation for the appearance change and all that.
But first a bit of a confession.
I legit did not plan for anything prior to happen, it just did. Although I guess I'll be upset in the future, when he finds out who sent the Crownless after him. Future me problem.
Anyway, some of you may notice that the Ore he was touching kept reverting the damage he took, back to a pure state.
That's what it does.
It reverts everything back to a state of purity.
Now keep in mind, that the entire fight took place in a cave filled with this ore.
The constant exposure was bound to lead to some changes.
However, upon being impaled, the ore's purification properties had no choice but to flood his entire body, it had no other way out.
That raw energy flooded his body, and returned him to a state of purity, or rather one closest to the original.
It's not a perfect reversion, considering the vast difference between the two, but it is what is.
Oh and another thing.
