                                                            Betrayal Unveiled

The evening sun cast long shadows across the silent hallway as Jaime trudged wearily through the door of his home. His footsteps echoed hollowly against the walls, the weight of the day pressing down on his shoulders like a leaden cloak. Weariness clung to him like a second skin, his thoughts consumed by the promise of a quiet evening spent in the comfort of his own home.

But as he rounded the corner, his sanctuary shattered before his very eyes.

There, in the dimly lit living room, stood his father, his familiar silhouette entwined with that of another woman. Jaime's heart lurched in his chest, a sickening wave of disbelief washing over him as he struggled to comprehend the scene playing out before him. After all the conversations they had."it's my fault for ever thinking he actually gave a fuck about me. I thought I felt Mum's heart in him. He is soo damaged he doesn't even deserve to think about her". He felt a sense of hatred avenge upon him. He had this sudden power flowing through his body...It was as if there was a completely different person in him. He could hear screaming from a broken soul inside of him- a soul shattered to numerous pieces that it would never be possible for him or anyone else to even glue them back, but that didn't affect him anymore. He could feel a chill down his spine as adrenaline flowed all through his body. He felt as though he were trapped in some twisted nightmare, unable to tear his gaze away from the betrayal unfolding in front of him.

For a moment, time seemed to stand still as Jaime stood rooted to the spot, his mind racing with a million unresolved queries. How could his father, the man he had idolized and trusted above all others, betray him in such a callous manner? And who was the woman in his arms, her face obscured by shadows but her presence burning into his memory like an indelible mark?

The air seemed to crackle with tension as Jaime's father finally pulled away, his features etched with guilt and shame. But before Jaime could even begin to process the whirlwind of emotions coursing through him, the woman turned to face him, her eyes gleaming with a mix of defiance and something else, something far more threatening.

I was right there..she saw me and she couldn't care less. My dad seemed like a completely different person. He was far worse than the person I had ever thought he was and will be. I felt completely alone in this cursed world

And then she spoke, her voice a soft whisper that sent Sending a shiver down Jaime's back, "You are my everything."

The words hung in the air like a curse, a damning indictment of the betrayal that lay before him. And in that moment, something inside Jaime snapped. Something that changed him forever.
