B/c: Blade color
"*sigh* It's been ten days... When will the blade come?"
"Be patient, Y/n. You're like the mohawk boy, right, Rin?"
(Rin is Karuka's Kasugai Crow. Rin initially had no name until Ubuyashiki found her)
"Eh?!"
"I agree."
"You too, Rina?!"
"Ah! I see a person! They have a long box on their back!"
"It must be the sword!"
"Greetings."
We all bowed and accepted our swords.
"So damn nervous..."
We unsheathed them and they slowly turned different colors.
Rina's turned a silvery white.
Karuka's turned a dark blue-gray.
While mine turned into a color I'd never seen before: a strange B/c.
"I guess I was destined for Sound Breathing, now it's time for a new sword..."
"Serpent Breathing... I need a new sword..."
"What kind of sword color is this?"
"That's the first time I've seen a color like that..."
"WHAT IN THE WORLD?! Y/N MAYBE YOU'RE GOING TO INVENT A NEW BREATHING STYLE!!"
"Calm down, Rina. Let's ask Miss Kochou. She's invented a breathing style herself, right?"
"That's the best shot we've got, right?"
*going to see Shortnobu..*
"Ara ara~ What brings you three here?"
"Miss Kochou, Y/n's sword color isn't like any other I've seen before. You've created a breathing style yourself, so is Y/n going to invent a new breathing style as well?"
"Hmmm... Possibly?"
"CAWW!!"
"EEK!"
"Y/N L/N, KARUKA UTAKATA, RINA YAMIRO! YOU HAVE BEEN CALLED FOR YOUR FIRST MISSION!!"
"But... I still don't know what breathing I use-"
"STOP MAKING EXCUSES!! NORTHWEST!! GO NORTHWEST!!! 16-YEAR OLD GIRLS HAVE BEEN DISAPPEARING EVERY NIGHT!!!"
"Y-yes!"
"Damn, that crow's so loud. And Y/n, for now use the breathing that you're most comfortable with."
