Gia sighed walking inside her bedroom, looking at her appearance in the mirror.

Her hair was messy, her dress was moved out of place, she looked flustered, there was blood on the side of her mouth and her lips.

'Fuck.' Gia thought

She didn't know which would be worse. Elijah seeing her like this and thinking she was out cheating on him, or him figuring out she was in town feeding on the humans after he ordered her not to.

Gia wiped the blood from her lips and just as she was fixing her dress, Elijah stepped inside the room letting out a deep sigh.

Elijah noticed Gia and raised a brow. He gave her a look of suspicion.

"Darling, you alright?" Gia asked calmly tilting her head at him

"Where were you?" Elijah asked calmly

"Out...in town. Why?" Gia asked shrugging

"At this time at night? Where?" Elijah asked his voice getting more harsh

"Nowhere specific, just here and there." Gia answered looking around the room as she ran a hand through her hair making it look a little better and less messy

Elijah looked at Gia, his eyes widened. He let out a loud groan closing their room door.

"Gianna, what exactly did we discuss?" Elijah asked in a calm tone but nonetheless you could hear how frustrated he sounded

"We've had many discussions, you'll have to remind me, dearest." Gia shrugged nonchalantly already knowing she had been caught

"About the humans." Elijah gritted out turning to Gia

"Oh, not to feed from the humans, if we do feed it must be from people out of town because we don't want to rise suspicion that we're vampires and risk Mikael finding us." Gia sighed speaking the exact same words Elijah had told them all before they got to this town

"So why exactly did you decide to feed on the human in town?" Elijah asked this time his tone was too calm for Gia's comfort

"I- I was hungry." Gia crossed her arms looking away

"Gianna." Elijah warned taking a step closer to her

"And...I may have been bored and had nothing to do..." Gia admitted biting her lip
