PARKS MARRIAGE [COMPLETED]

Jihyo's POV

Court Room

The atmosphere in the courtroom was tense as the proceedings unfolded. I sat on the stand.  I had nothing to hide, nothing to be ashamed of.

"Park Jihyo, do you promise to be honest?", the prosecutor's voice echoed through the room.

"Yes", I responded firmly, meeting his gaze head-on.

"Do you, Mr. Park, admit to buying Minatozaki Sana?", he continued, his tone accusatory.

That was quick. I thought wed start slow with a lot of bring questions and a backstory of me.

"Yes. I used money", I admitted.

The crowd gasped in disbelief, murmurs rippling through the courtroom like a wave.

"Could you tell us why you used money when she's not a product?", the prosecutor pressed, his eyes narrowing in suspicion.

I took a deep breath, steeling myself for the inevitable backlash.

"Kim Junghwa loves money. Greedy for it. Money was all I could think of to have her from him", I explained, my voice steady despite the turmoil swirling within me.

"So you admit to human trafficking?", he shot back, his voice dripping with disdain.

"No. I admit to giving him money to have her", I clarified, refusing to let his accusations go unchallenged.

"He claims you had him at gunpoint. And you threatened him and bribed him with money", the prosecutor continued his words like daggers aimed at my integrity.

I laughed bitterly, seizing the opportunity to set the record straight.

"I don't have a gun license, nor do I have the capabilities to steal one. I never used violence against him. Nor have I used violence against anyone but myself. He divorced her willingly. He wanted as much money as I asked him. He wanted to fool around with his side chick that he's been cheating on Sana with".

"Did you or did not pay 50,000".

"I did. Because that was the amount he wanted", I said.

"Tell me your story of what happened Mr Park", the judge said.

"Of course I be very happy too. I went to Mr Kim house and asked him for a deal. I asked him how much for his wife. He asked me why did I want her and claim she was useless. So I said ill find use for her like a cleaner and he can fuck around with a women hes been cheating on her with as I mention a few minutes ago. He then said hed divorced her and he wanted £500,000 for her. I then handed him the divorced paperas and he sign them saying we were alike. I did call her trash like said in the auid but I obviosul dont mean she is that. She was earwiign the coversation and he got very angery at her and begged him not sell her off. Siad shed be a better wife and that she was sorry. He called her pathetic and told me to punish her. I was digusted truly. I took her home to my home. I made my intenions clear to her. I never did anythign to her that hes accused me off and I didnt even try to kill him. Hes lying".

"Mrs Park Sana, come up", the judge's voice cut through the tension, and I watched as Sana made her way to the witness stand.
