Second Day

You yawned as you walked through the now crowded halls of your new school. You ended up missing first hour, but you didn't really care all that much. Honestly, you were hoping that you would have been able to just skip the whole day, but alas, the Gangreen Gang were just no match for your awesomeness.

Buttercup: Hey, Y/N.

You turned around to find Buttercup standing there. You looked around for a second to make sure she was talking to you.

Y/N: Uh, hi, random girl I don't know.

Buttercup stopped in her tracks and looked at you as if she was trying to figure out if you were joking. When she realized you were serious she frowned.

Buttercup: Buttercup? The girl that sits by Mitch.

Mitch? Oh, that guy from your first class. Now that you looked at her you realized you did know her.

Y/N: Oh yeah! Sorry. I'm pretty bad at names and faces. Still getting used to everything, you know?

Buttercup: You lost again?

She knew about that?

Y/N: A bit. I know where Mr. Myers' is, but I wanted to get everything else in my head.

Buttercup: I can show you around at lunch if you want.

You smiled a bit.

Y/N: I'd appreciate that.

You tapped your foot to the beat of your music. You were waiting for Buttercup outside of the lunch room. She had told you to wait there for her. She was going to grab a quick snack before she showed you around.

She had offered to get you something, but you didn't want to inconvenience her more than you already had.

You had your eyes closed as you listened to the music playing softly. Thanks to having super hearing, you didn't need your music to be loud.

???: Hey, new kid.

You opened your eyes at the voice. You looked forward and found three boys standing there. You pulled down your headphones to give them your attention.

Y/N: Yeah?

???: You look like someone who could use a little something special.

Were they about to sell you drugs? In the middle of the hall? Was this school that bad?

Y/N: I don't....

You suddenly found a firecracker in your face. You leaned back a bit to see that the lead boy had a wide grin on his face.

???: This is something that my associate here had whipped up. They're not your average firecrackers. These babies pack a punch. And they're pretty cheap.

You looked past him at the two other boys. They were seemingly just as excited to get you to buy these firecrackers.

But you were, like, 90% sure that you would get in trouble if you were caught with them.

Y/N: I, uh, I appreciate the offer, but I...

Blossom: Seriously, Eddy?

The four of you all looked to your left to find a girl making her way towards you all. She looked really familiar.

Your eyes suddenly grew wide when you realized that she was with Bubbles and Buttercup at the shield. She must be their last sister. The last Powerpuff.

What was she doing here?

Eddy: Aw, come on, Blossom. We aren't doing anything bad here. Just talking to the new guy!
