"For the love of god please stop," she sobs as she scrambles backwards."Give it up, Azrail," I say as I pin her legs down, making sure she stays put.
"We can just let this play out," she pressed her hands into me trying to keep me at bay.
"This a fight to the death," I reach for my knife.
"I have a little sister, please," she stutters in a scream that ends with a cough. One of her hands rests in her pocket.
"There's only one winner," I close my eyes, yanking the knife down but drop it as I feel warmth on my throat spilling down my neck.
"And it'll be me," Azrail says, switching her entire tone.
