2: 00 a.m.
I was listening to the pathetic caller tune that my brother has put on waiting for him to pick the call.
Just when I thought he's not going to pick up again for the 5th time .. my stars worked and miraculously he picked the call.
" What the fuck Jerry? Who the fuck calls someone at 2 in the midnight? " He yelled from the other side of the phone so loudly that I had to keep the phone away from my ears to avoid having a eat damage.
" Well I'm sorry for disturbing you at this hour but I need your help! " I said using my best persuading tone.
" What kind of fucking help? " He hissed from the other side.
He was damn annoyed.
" I want to meet Kabir.. " I said timidly.
" You what? Wait.. you want to meet Kabir.. so go meet him.. why the fuck did you ruin my sleep? Urghhhh I so hate you !!! " He yelled annoyed.
" Shut up and listen to me. I couldn't attend today's parth because of urgent and sudden work. Now he's not picking my calls or replying to my texts. I tried to sleep but I couldn't knowing someone is upset and angry out there at me. So I want you to take me to him tomorrow because I don't know his address. " I said in one go without a breathe.
" Urgh fine.. I'll now let me sleep! " He said and started to cut the call when I spoke again.. " when will you pick me up? "..
He groaned from the other side before yelling"10 a.m. not bye! " And the line went off.
" Uhh Thankgod... Now I can ask for forgiveness.. and hopefully he'll forgive me.." I said to myself as I plopped down on my bed and closed my eyes..
Anticipating his forgiveness I fell into a peaceful slumber.
Next morning..
I woke up at 6 a.m. and wrapped up the household chores before making breakfast and went to take a bath. Once done I took out a pink casual top and jeans. I made a low pony of my long hairs and doing minimal makeup I picked my purse along with an washed apple and madey way out leaving a note for Sarah that I am in hurry and I'll see her later in the evening.
