I get up and brush my teeth and get dressed and go to the station

When I enter the station, hen and Chimney are playing video games and Bobby is making breakfast
I go up the stairs
"Hello" I say and hen looks up
"Hey do you want to help me with breakfast" Bobby asks
"Okay" I say and goes to help Bobby with the tablecloth
Eddie comes up the stairs.
He's handsome today or he's handsome everyday but- Wait what am I thinking I can't think like this for my best friend
Bobby shouts and we sit down to eat and then we get a call It's a burning building everyone was out so we just need to put out the fire

The rest of the day only goes through small calls
I go to the dressing room and check my phone and I've had 4 missed calls and 1 text from Maddie
But before I can call her Bobby calls out
"Buck, Maddie is here and wants to talk to you" I run out and see Maddie.
She looks stressed
"What happened" I ask her
"They are coming here" she says
"Who's coming here" I ask
"Our parents" she says
"Why do they come here, they don't care about us" I say harder in my voice
"I happened to tell them that I was pregnant and then they wanted to come and see us" she says
"No, I won't meet them" I say raising my voice
Now the rest of the team is standing on the balcony watching what is happening
"Buck please" she says
This is too much
"I have to go" I say and go to the dressing room and I sit down on the bench
How could she and why do they care now
They didn't care when we lived with them and not now, so why
I get a strong feeling of wanting to hurt myself but I can't.
After a while, Eddie comes and sits down next to me
"Hey what happened out there" he asks
I look at him and then look down at the ground again
"Our if you can call them parents are coming to visit" I say
"I know you don't have contact with them" says Eddie
"Mmm" I reply
"I don't want to go" I say quietly
"I can come with you if you want" Eddie says
"Okay, then maybe I'll go," I reply
"good, do you want to hang out with me and christopher tomorrow after our shift" he asks
"Yes I have no plans" I say
I send to Maddie that we will get there.
we go out and go home

When I enter my apartment and all the flash backs from when I was little and the words they said to me came to me
And the neglekted my entire childhood
That I was a disappointment and how they never took care of us
it was Maddie who took care and raised me

I go into the bathroom and Take my razor and take of the blade and drag it against my arm and again and again.
Shit So much for being clean 5 years and just for them to come back and screw it up
I take bandage from under my sink and wrap it around my arm
*** the next day***
I get up 30 minutes after my alarm and put on a long-sleeved shirt and go to the station.
When I go up the stairs and sit down on the sofa and my phone rings and it's Maddie who has said: they'll come in 3 days and then we'll have dinner at my place.
I only answer with one: okay
Eddie sits down next to me
"hey" he says
"Hey my "parents" are coming in 3 days for dinner, so you know" I say, making the reference to parents
"Okay, Christopher is going to sleep over at a friend's house so things will be fine" he says
"Mmm" I mumble
Eddie puts his hand on my knee
"It'll be fine, I'll be with you the whole time" he says, and I get a little butterflies in my stomach.
Then an alarm goes off
***3 days later***
In 40 minutes it will happen. We are going to meet our parents
There is a knock on my door and I go to open it
It says Eddie "hey are you ready?" He says
"I don't think I can get ready but yes" I answer and we sit in my car and then we go to Maddie's

We knock on the door and Maddie opens
"Hey come in" she says and we go inside
We sit down on the couch and I'm very nervous and don't want to be here
I shake my leg up and down "Hey it could be okay" Eddie says and puts a hand on my leg
It's knocking on the door
I take a breath and we stand up and go to the door
Maddie opens the door
*hi mom and dad" Maddie says with a smile
*hi Maddie" mom says
Chimney walks up and introduces himself and Eddie and I walk up
"Hello" I say and we all go into the living room and sit down
/now it's 14:00 in season 4 episode 5 until they have to eat/
Eddie sits next to me on the couch and leans forward and whispers in my ear
"Are you okay?" him ask
"Yes, thank you for asking," I replied quietly
I see my mothers face go pale
"Evan why are you so close to him" my dad asks
"Because he asked me if I was okay and you have nothing to do with it" I answer
"Evan don't tell me you're dating a man" mom says looking disgusted
"First of all Who I'm dating is none of your business" I say raising my voice
"So let's start eating" Maddie says in an attempt to break up the conversation
We all go and sit at the dining table
/now it's in episode 5, 34:01 to 37:46
I leave the apartment and Eddie quickly follows and we drive home in silence
