*Rosie Pov.*

I looked at the poor soul, who I found in a crater when I looked for the reason behind the loud crash I heard. They were beaten up, black and blue, blend from their head, with a broken arm, and scars that look form a nasty burn.

'This poor soul' I thought.

I went to go fetch more water for cleaning the dirt from them. I walked in the door frame when I heard a groan. I looked up at my guest to see them sitting up.

"Oh, thank goodness you're okay," I said as I walked over to them.

"Miss, may I ask. Where am I," they asked. "You're in hell dearie also in my house in Cannibal Town," I said with a smile. They held their head and asked, "What year is it?" I was puzzled by their question but yet again they were wearing clothes from the late 1900's.

"2024, dear," I said. Their facial expression changed from confused to shocked. Then they groaned while clutching their head.

"Are you okay, dearie," I asked worried about them.

"I'm fine miss, just got hit by a wave of knowledge about the many years that passed," they said as they looked at me with a smile. I was shocked of how that happened then asked, "What do you remember, dearie?"

"I remember in my time I was alive, early 1900's, that I was what you would call a witch. I lived out in the woods with the animals while feeding off the hunters that trespassed on my land. I used the parts I didn't eat for my works as a witch, that included healing the animals and black magic. The people from the town, I killed the hunter from, tied me up then burned me to death," they said as I heard the whole story.

"How dare those humans do that to you?! I really hope paid for it. My name is Rosie and I'll help you, dear," I said. "I'm (Y/n) and thank you, Miss Rosie," they said.

I helped them clean themselves from the dirt and lead them to the spare room.

"Here you go, (Y/n)," I said. "Thanks you, Miss Rosie. I wish to repay your kindness tenfold and find another place to stay when I'm healed. I would dislike it if I would take your kindness for gratinated," they told me. I smiled and placed a hand on their shoulder. "You'll always be welcomed here, dearie," I said and with that the night went well.

I made food with (Y/n)'s help and we chatted. I showed him my green house but was devastated that the plants were ruined.

"Oh, no. Who would do this," I asked myself as I lifted my favorite plant.

I closed my eyes in sadness, but then I heard (Y/n) do something. I looked at them, and they moved their hands in some sort of motion with their hands glowing (f/c). I saw that all the plants in the green room started glowing (f/c), and then they were all back to normal. I looked at (Y/n) in shock and they smiled.

"There. They're all good as new," they said then picked a flower and put it in my hair.

They smiled at me, and I got up and hugged them. I started laughing while we twirled around.

"You look much better with a smile on your face, Miss Rosie," they said. I knew I made the right choice by helping them.
