Bad Romance

Today was the day and both Bonestine and Zane were nervous. As for their friends they were excited that the love tension is going to end and Darcy is going to be exposed. Skylar and his dad Tails get together the tech for the plan Zapella has instore. Shadow and Rouge were confused about the headlines but one wink from their son over video call they knew shit was about to go down.
Zane arrives to warm up and is shocked to be given Ash's bass. "For the first song and second song I need you on the bass and ash on the drums. Ivy told me about your plan so you'll perform it on the third song." She smiled. "But wait Bonestine he w—" "Right here" Zane turns and feels his heart race with joy seeing bones in his black tank with a skull in the middle showing his chest fur, black ripped jeans, fishnet armband and black biker gloves. "Zapella told me what Darcy said and came up with the fake news to make her think I was fired. Darcy thinks she could make our friends fire me because she don't like our friendship and threaten to keep you from performing if I wasn't fired fuck that" he smirked. "You sly echinda" Zane smirked at Zapella. "Hey we are all the founders and this band means everything to us im not letting her rip us apart." Zapella said then walks away. Bonestine walks to his dressing room and Zane walks to his dressing room with a huge smile on his face.
Darcy walks up to the backstage and shows her all access pass to security and they let her in. She walks down the large stone hallway with a huge smile on her face. She approaches the hallway with the dressing rooms and her smile drops seeing Bonestine walk out of his. "What are you doing here?" She scoffed. "Oh Darcy, just who I was looking for. Let's talk" he said and wraps his arm around the back of her neck and they walk away from the hallway. "Now I know the news said I was fired but clearly that was a lie. The thing about us Darcy is that this band was built on not just our music, but our strong friendship and dedication to our fans. So you threaten one of us, you threaten all of us." He smiled. "I'm not going to let you win Bonestine. I worked damn hard for Zane's affection and will marry him." "And become more rich right? Also why am I such a threat to you?" Bonestine crossed his arms knowing why but was playing along. "Fine, you want to know why? It's because we both have his heart and I was getting rid of my competition. Guess I'll find another way to get rid of you, your friends, his family and have him start a more successful band so I'll have him all to myself and all his money." She smirked. "Well good luck with that" Bonestine said and turned around then waved up his hand with two fingers extended. "See ya after the concert he said. "What is that fucker up to? Why was he so calm about Zane liking him more as friends?" She thought and walks to Zane's dressing room.
Bonestine smirked as he walked back once she was gone and grabbed the small camera hidden in the firehose and turned off the record button. He walks over to the stage crew area and gives the orangish yellow fox in all black stage crew attire the camera. "You got it?" Skylar asked. "Yep, just play it when I give the signal." Bonestine said. "Sounds good." Skylar smirks and Bonestine walks back to his dressing room. "Darcy you're in for a rude awakening and surprise" He thought.

  The roaring sound of exciting screams, few chanting the band's name, and loud whistles rang throughout the stadium. A sound Zane has heard since he was fourteen years old when the band started. Darcy kisses his cheek before joining the others. He takes a deep breath as the lights dim and the screams of excitement intensifies. Zane joins Ivy and Bonestine playing the bass with their guitars as Ash walks to the drums. Emma pressed the keys on her keytair adding more sound then Ash takes the drumsticks and hits the drums making lights flash at the rhythm. The crowd screams louder and soon fire shoots out of its cannons as they played their first song of the night and that Bonestine was there. Zapella starts to sing the lyrics to their rock version of Poison (hazbin hotel). When she sings the line "I shoulda known it when I looked in your red hot eyes" Zane took a quick at Bonestine as he put his foot on a speaker. Her voice soon becomes haunting as she sung the line "I'm livin like there's no tomorrow oh~oh~, oh~oh" and Bonestine glances at Zane as he spun around. Ivy and Zane were back to back for a few chords and Zane walked away from her. They continued to play hearing the crowd cheered as the lights flashed to the music. The song ends when the lights go dark and the audience goes wild as the lights starts flashing to Emma playing a dark tune. "We got a special surprise you tonight. You get to hear a new song from our latest album coming out next week. Plus a surprise for one of us." Zapella said and the audience screamed in celebration. Bonestine started the rift and the audience went crazy recognizing the song. "Want your bad romance" Zapella sung as the lights brightened the stage. Zane was wondering about the surprise because he knew it wasn't his song yet. He shook it off and played his heart out enjoying the screams and applause. "I don't want to be friends" zapella sung and Ivy repeats behind her taking over the solo. Bonestine walked off the stage as zapella took over his guitar. "No I don't wanna be friends! Want your bad romance!" She sung and strums the guitar cords to continue. Zane was even more confused on what Bonestine was doing but saw Ivy wink, making him wonder what she knows. Bonestine took a huge gulp of water and looked at Skylar and Tails who nod. He nods back and walks back towards the end of the song. Zane sees Bonestine approached and right at the end Bonestine yanks Zane close.

Zane's heart raced as the crowd cheered when Bonestine kissed him.
