Amphy trilogy Book 2: Annabeth's pregnancy

I get an emotional slice of dough and a dance with hot girl

 After the ultrasound we got a pizza at The Whole Pie Pizzeria. Annabeth ate like she hadn't in a year. "Annabeth," I asked. Annabeth looked up. "you seemed tense back there when the ultrasound came on?" The anger she had on before the ultrasound came back. I tried to put my hand on hers but she yanked it away again. "Annabeth, just tell me why you're mad at the twins." "How'd you know I-" "I know you can't wholly be mad me right?" "Later Percy, not now." I tried to comfort her, but she wouldn't let me get near her. Her psychological first pregnancy barrier went up. I tried to touch her cheeks, she pinned my hand down on the rustic wooden plank table. "Don't touch me," she growled. "Not right now. I don't want anyone to be with me right now." "Annabeth I'd be happy to grant you that request and drop you off at home, but you have me pinned down." She let me go and I drove her home. On the drive back Annabeth started to cry. "Annabeth," I said gently. She hugged me. "Don't be afraid or mad, or whatever's going on, you're create something, two somethings beautiful." Annabeth sniffled "Can we just snuggle at home, like we did before we were married." I put her head on my shoulder, "Of course, wise girl." 

When we got home Annabeth and I snuggled on the bed. I squeezed her, "You're so warm." I was going to also say "because of the extra body heat", but I decided not mention it. I tried to pull Annabeth closer, but her cargo wouldn't let me. She was getting really big, her stomach was almost the size of beach ball. "I think that's enough," Annabeth said. I got up disappointed. Annabeth looked disappointed too. She frowned at her stomach. I kissed her, "When you smile..." Annabeth pitched in too, "The whole world stops and stares for awhile..." Annabeth and me got up, and I twirled her, "Because you're amazing..." Annabeth kissed me, "Just the way you are."
