I woke up one morning Annabeth was still sleeping. I had uneasy feeling when I was around for the past week, mainly because she had taken out some incredible frustration and anger on me, I had no idea how I had ticked her off. All I knew was she had not been willing to share it. It had been 2 weeks since we got, well, you know...hitched. We had moved into the cabin at Montauk that my family often visited. As soon as I was 3 feet from the bed Annabeth woke up, ran to the bathroom, and started throwing up again. It was the fourth time this week she had done that. I went into the bathroom with her.

"you okay?" I asked.

"Percy...I'm fine" she half-growled, half-said sympathetically. She scowled angrily like I was the one making her do this.

I stepped out of the bathroom "I'll make us some breakfast."

2 weeks ago the cabin wasn't much to look at, but my brother Tyson and my friend Leo had completely renovated it to be a full-functional house with plumbing, electricity, everything. Kind of their idea of a wedding present. I made pancakes and orange juice. Annabeth came in and looked at the food like she hadn't eaten in a year, for the last 3 days she had been trying to eat as much as she could stuff in her mouth. she devoured the pancakes and gulped down the orange juice. Then she scowled at me, then it melted like she was worried about what I would think of her.

She turned in her seat so she wouldn't have to look at me "Percy I've been wanting to tell you this for a little while I'm-."

there was a knock at the door. I went to the door, and Annabeth ran to the bathroom again and started hurling chunks. I opened the front door and there was a UPS package with cross on the top, I opened it.

Annabeth and I were both astounded by what was inside it was her knife and laptop and my shield, there was a note said

Take care to both of you,

May the lord be with you and

your child,

sincerely,

Mr. D

I'll see you soon.

I couldn't believe either of them that Mr. D was a Christian or that he was nice enough to find and return our stuff, and what did he mean by child. Annabeth looked as though the sky had been lifted off her shoulders, and trust me I know what that looks like.

"Percy," she put my hand on her stomach, and I could feel like there was something developing inside there. Then, Annabeth said the three biggest and worse words a man could ever hear. Annabeth said, "I'm pregnant"

I passed out.
