Chapter 6: Matthew's Kids meet their birth dad

Matthew Casey woke Amelia first, then Eleanor, Next Sebastian and lastly Jayden at 8:00 am. 

Amelia was dressed in a pink knee-length dress with a pink sweater and pink flats, and she was eating breakfast, which was pancakes with bacon and fresh fruit, too.

Amelia was wearing an Aqua knee-length dress with an Aqua sweater and Aqua flats.

Sebastian was a Navy Blue shirt with jeans, a red Hoddie,socks, and navy blue shoes.

Jayden was wearing a gray shirt with jeans, a black hoodie, socks, and gray tennis shoes.

Matt said," Amelia, Eleanor, Sebastian, and Jayden. We're going to meet your biological dad, who is also my dad. So please behave.

Amelia said," Yes, Sir. I will behave for you.

Eleanor said," Yes, sir. I will behave for you.

Sebastian said," Yes, sir. I will behave for you.

Jayden said," Yes, sir. I will behave for you.

Matthew said," Ok. I will pack your diaper bags, and I will pack some snacks and drinks for all of you guys to eat and drink.

He carries all the kids to the car right away.

He buckled them up and drove to the park.

Matt's abusive dad, Gregory Casey, was there, and Matthew gulped and walked over to his dad and sat the kids down. He waved.

Gregory walked over to his son and hugged him, and Matt hesitantly hugged his dad.

Gregory asked," How have you been, son?

Matt said," I have been good. How are you?

Gregory said," I have been good. I miss you.

Matt said," I miss you too, dad. All the time.

Amelia, Eleanor, Sebastian, and Jayden walked over to Matthew and said they were thirsty and hungry. Matt got them a snack.

The kids ate their snacks, and Matthew gave the kids Gatorade bottles to drink as well.

They went to play on the playground now.

Matthew loaded the diaper bags into the car and got in to calm his anger down. He then sees his dad getting inside the car. He signs.

Matt shakily said," What do you want, dad? To hit me, yell at me, and abuse me again?

Gregory slapped his son and kept hitting him, and Matt just took it, afraid of his dad.

Gregory said," Mention that I hit you to anyone, and I will take away your kids and kill you, Matthew. You're nothing but a disappointment, and I wish you didn't exist.

Matthew started crying and left the car. He took a couple of deep breaths to calm down. His dad got out of the car and followed him.

They walked over to the kids and played with them for a little bit, and now they are tired from playing with their biological dad and Matthew Casey, who was now their dad.

He carries the sleeping kids to the car, buckled them, and drove them home and gave the kids a bath, dressed them in PJ'S, and he tucks them into their beds. He left.

Matthew then got a shower, dressed in PJ'S.

Matthew then headed to bed and fell asleep.
