21. Tears release pain and sorrows.

In order to have room for love and happiness, you first have to release the pain and sorrows that have build up. Don't be afraid to cry, it not weakness it's getting rid of unwanted burden. So cry yourself a river, soak that pillow at night, wail if you can, haul like a dog in pain because you are in pain. And that pain will soon be gone. The sorrow that keep you up all night will fade away too.
