"AAAAAHHHHH!!!"
I woke up from a terrifying nightmare. My scream echoed throughout the room, reaching the corridor.
*Pant* *Pant*
"What the hell was that!?"
Suddenly, I felt a burning sensation coming from my left eye. It hurt so much that tears and drops of sweat formed on my face. Quickly, I grabbed my phone to check my eyes, and I was left shocked. In the reflection, I saw a gold glowing color originating from my left eye.
"What...is...this?"
I forced myself to calm down and tried to ponder what the meaning of that dream was when suddenly I heard a voice coming from outside. Shortly after, the nurse hurried to me and asked what happened. I swiftly covered my left eye as the door opened.
*knock* *knock*
"What happened, sir? Did something happen?"
"It's okay, I'm fine... just a nightmare."
I apologetically dismissed the nurse after she made sure I'm doing fine. With tension building in my body, I slowly grabbed my phone to check my left eye. The gold color glowing earlier had vanished. With relief, I released the tension from my tired body and glanced at the time.

'It's still midnight...'
That dream felt so real. I'm still dumbfounded by the experience. It was so vivid, as if it were warning me about something. Thanks to having a weird dream, I have no choice but to check my status to see if something is connected to that dream.

Realizing my skills stats had not changed except for variables, I quickly dismissed the idea that my unknown passive skill was related to my dream since there was no evidence to prove it.
After a week since coming to this world, I learned most of the basic information regarding this world. The best way to increase variables is to do something related to its specific category. The evidence of that is my increased intelligence. I spent almost my day utilizing my trait and skills to quickly adapt to this world. I also did some minor exercises to increase my other stats, and my efforts didn't betray me. A small smile formed on my face as I dismissed my status.
