So that there are no misunderstandings and I don't have to mention it again and again, here are the actors:

Jay Merrick - Troy Wagner

Alex Kralie - Joseph DeLage

Tim Wright - Tim Sutton

Brian Thomas - Brian Haight

WARNING, MARBLE HORNETS SPOILERS

Possibly.

- The Operator was mostly played by Joseph. I strongly suspect that this was because the guy is almost 2 meters tall. It's obvious, in my opinion. His name should be Joseph DeLARGE.

- Troy was almost deaf in one ear during the filming of Marble Hornets. Since Troy was responsible for all the sound effects and noise, he couldn't even really hear what he was editing. In the meantime he has had an surgery for his ear problem.

- Originally hOoDiE (sorry, I still can't take the name seriously) was supposed to wear a gasmask. But they quickly came to the conclusion that it would look stupid.

- Comments under Marble Hornets are disabled "because YouTube comments suck". But when it was still possible, the first comment they got was:

"...a vampire?"

- Do you remember the entry where Amy shows up for the first (and last) time and films Alex lying on the couch with his laptop? Joseph had been typing "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" the whole time to make Alex look busy.

- The real name of the dog Rocky is Rocket.

- In the entries where the sound is missing, Troy's cats were meowing too loudly. That's why they often had to cut out the sound in the first few episodes. This wasn't actually planned as a horror element.

- Tim had stabbed Alex with Jay's own knife.

- They worked on the Slenderman game.

- Tim still has the ukulele and never learned to play it properly.

- Actually, it was initially planned that Marble Hornets would only consist of a single season, and it would have ended with Jay escaping from Brian's abandoned house and crashing his car because the Operator suddenly appears on the street.

- "Hoodie" and "Masky" are not really canon names. Fans started calling them that and then the MH cast adopted it just for fun. In Marble Hornets, in-universe, they are called "the hooded figure" and "the masked man".

- The red tower, that weird climbing wall in the middle of nowhere, has absolutely no meaning. They thought it was kind of cool, so they filmed it. The tower has no deeper meaning or influence. Why did people suddenly come up with so many theories about it? No idea? It's really irrelevant.

- Troy and his artist for the Marble Hornets comic, Jackie, both headcanon Jay as gay. So it's basically canon, right? Right?? (W)RIGHT???

- They only included the "face-revealing" of ✨mAsKy uWu✨ in the entry where Alex breaks his leg to leave no doubt that it is really Tim. They thought it was obvious, but at the time fans were still theorizing about who was behind the mask.

- In several locations they couldn't film properly, had to pan the camera to the floor or even rework the walls themselves with graffiti because there were too many penises. They had a similar problem in some parking lots because people were having sex in the cars.

- One or two of Tim's coughs and wheezes were absolutely real. After all, he was a real smoker.

- "YOU BROUGHT YOUR DOG?!" was improvised.

- Marble Hornets was originally going to be called "the slender tapes".

- In the first season there was hardly any script, so many conversations were completely improvised. That's why Brian's laugh was absolutely genuine. He couldn't take the situation seriously.

- Troy now has a daughter, Tim is married, Joseph is married and Brian has two daughters.

- The hodded figure was hardly ever played by Brian himself.

(My cat just threw up in the hallway 😕🤙)
