the morning air was crisp as it made it's way through aria's open window, the smell of freshly bloomed spring flowers and fresh air filled aria's nose. aria's mind is filled with nothing but the dreams like the one she had in the hospital.

aria's mornings were usually slow, but she couldn't help but get ready faster than usual, mentally preparing for her and spencers date.

aria finally finished "White Oleander", the book she had been reading for a while, usually she finishes books quite fast, but with everything going on lately, she hadn't been given time to be herself and get back to her normal schedule.

2:00pm

aria felt like the day was going by so slowly, i mean all she had been doing was watching the clock, the hands ticking, every minute felt like an hour.

the weather had been nicer then it had been all week, which was very good because aria always let the weather and season express how she felt that day, obviously, today was very good, maybe even perfect.

a jog around the park near aria's apartment complex called her name, relieving her of any stress or anxiety she had prior. running always helps aria, it's a very common, yet effective way to distract yourself and relieve stress.

every step aria took on her run was another step closer to aria's future, good or bad, aria always had high hopes for what her future held, expected or unexpected, she never knew what was waiting for her.

aria needs the perfect music, or podcast to be playing during her run, or it ruins her mood. the song blasting in her right airpod changes to a song she wasn't too fond of, slowing her jog down to a quick walk.

aria's face is glued to her phone, trying to queue multiple songs. she doesn't look up before a bigger figure bumps into her. aria's phone is slammed on the ground, a crack quickly forming in the screen.

aria glances up, trying to identify who had just cracked her phone and bumped into her, i mean, really, it was most likely her fault, she wasn't paying attention, she was completely unaware of her surroundings.

"i'm sorry, ma'am, excuse me." a larger man says, backing up a bit, looking aria up and down.

aria identified the face of the man who had knocked her back, the man had looked too familiar to her, she just didn't know where she knew him from, but he seemed to know her, very well.

"oh, no, i'm so sorry, i wasn't paying attention to my surroundings, it's my fault." aria says, the man bends down to grab aria's phone, "oh, no it's okay, i got it." aria says, quickly bending down and grabbing her phone.

"you look so different." the man said, very quietly. aria furrowed her brows, not able to hear exactly what he said, confused at the statement, and also a little bit frightened.
