4.) A Day Out

  "Miss Tenshi, you're up in 30 seconds."
  "Mhm, coming!" I replied enthusiastically.

  Wait, was that even me speaking? No, it's not the real me speaking those words. That "me" that just spoke, seemed a lot younger and filled with energy.

  "That's right. Do more of a cute pose."
  "Lean forward somemore unti you're almost balancing on your toes. Yes, that's it!"
  "That's a wrap for today! Thank you, Miss Tenshi, for working with us!" The director said.
  "Of course! Thank you for having me here!" 'I' told him with a big smile. The male director place his hand near 'my' waist as he led 'me' to the resting area. I could see the slight flinch on 'my' face from his touch. It was clear as day that 'I' wasn't very comfortable, yet I didn't inform anybody? Weird. That director is known for always working with female child models. Wait, didn't he also get arrested for- (we don't talk about that)

  "Miss Haruka, Kuroi is splendid! She models everything spectacularly! She looks good in anything!" The director told Haruka.
  "Oh, is that so? I'm very glad to hear that." Haruka said and turned to smile at  my younger selfl. "Well we must going now."
  "Wait, regarding the next photoshoot with Kuroi, I think it would be best if I were in charge of her so-" The director got cut off.
  "I'm afraid that that is not necessary. We will not be working with you in the future. Have a good day." Haruka cut him off short and led 'me' out of the room.

  Well that was something. Haruka is more observant than I thought. But, how did I not remember this? The other me clearly looked like she was uncomfortable yet she was so naive as to not tell anyone or the director to back off? A bit weird if you'd ask me. Wait, could this be a memory from the past Could I prehaps have-

             *Beep Beep Beep Beep

Wait, what's that beeping sound in my ear? It sounds so familiar...

  I woke up to the sound of my usual alarm clock. Ugh, another one of these stupidly realistic dreams. I seriously need to get this checked. Wait, what was I thinking about before? Hmmm, I don't remember. Meh, probably not important anyways.

  The rest of the day continued as per normal. I changed, grabbed my school bag, and headed to school.

(Time skip to lunch break)

  "I'm never forgiving Yuta for this!" I complained as I slumped on the couch. I was in Yuta's office resting and preparing a speech for the student council.
  "Hi guys- Oh it's just you, Kuroi!" Sayo said as she entered the office. Yuta, Nezuko and Masato weren't in the office yet.
  "Hey, what's wrong? You look super stressed!" Sayo asked in a concerned tone.
  "It's this stupid speech that I'm preparing for! I don't want to do it!" I whined.
  "What's the speech for?"
  "It's a long story." I replied with a huff.

(Earlier during recess break)

  "Good morning, Kuroi. You're here early." Yuta said behind his computer screen.
  I slammed the office door shut and sat down on the couch with a huff.
  "Woah, what's with you today? Usually you're cranky but what made you even crankier today?" He asked.

  I gave him a black face and a scowl.

  "Hey, don't give me the side eye! I'm just trying to help. Tell me what happened." Yuta responded.
  "It's my classmate, Jason. He thinks he such a bigshot coming from the states to Japan! Well screw him, he's such a jerk!" I complained.
  "We had Math class today and I was assigned to do partner work with him. How annoying. What's worse, the whole entire time, instead of focusing on the word problems, he was flirting with me! What a stupid idiot! He thinks he has a chance with me. How stupid!"

(Yuta's POV)

  Hearing what Kuroi said made me mad. Someone flirted with Kuroi? How despicable! I should be the only one flirting with her! No one messes with my friends without facing the consequences. Well, time to suspend this J-Ja, whatever his name his-
  "It was fine though. The teacher noticed and stepped in." Kuroi told me.
  "Oh, well that's good then."
  "I'm still mad at Jason for trying to flirt with me! I'm pretty sure he has a girlfriend in another class!" She complained.
