Chapter 2.) New roomate!

"Hi, roommate!" He has a bright smile on his face.

"H-hey.." I say looking down avoiding eye contact.

"Why can't you look at me? Such disrespect."He says gasping, and shaking his head side to side with a frown and crossed arms. "Anyways, I'm throwing a sleepover party, do you wanna join? If you do just give me a knock on my door it starts at 10:00 pm!"

"Here, Right here?! at our dorm?!"

"Hell yeah!! It's the first day at our new school and i absolutely can't wait for the party, so let's go comfy! And watch movies all night! I'm going to go contact the school group chat that I already had brought together on the airplane ride, I'll catch up with you later okay?" It's like he read my mind..movie nights? That kind of makes me relived in a way. He then boops my nose.

What the hell was that?! My face burns up and my hands quickly cover my face in embarrassment as I watch him leave into his room. When i go to the bathroom to wash my face, my face is all pink, I've never had such a reaction like this EVER.

It's so boring in my dorm alone..hm it'd be such a sweet idea if I'd help out with cupcakes for the sleepover....but I don't want to do that...wait what if he finds me...I over think and overthink but I finally convince myself to do something nice for the party since it is at OUR dorm after all.

I climb down the ladder and make my way out my room. I make my way out of our dorm room, where I find my roommate outside and he looks focused, I don't wanna be much of a bother.

"H-Hey could I bake you some cupcakes for the party?" My heart skipps a beat, this is the first time I've really opened up to another so far in the school year.

"Well I dont really need them, but if you want to be a sweetheart them go ahead.." Victor responds with a slightly shocked expression.

I dash off, and make my way to our baking club that I saw on our way in, that was also introduced in the presentation. As I'm walking down the main hall, I bump into blessings.

"Hey Ethan!" She says flashing me a smile and locking her arm in mine.

"What are you up to?"

"Oh hey...I'm just on my way to get ingredients from the bakery. I'm baking cupcakes for the sleepover party that my roommate is hosting!"

"I've heard!! Oh my god Ooou so yummy!! It's so funny though you don't seem like quite the guy to bake." She says joking around and makes a "flexing muscle" gesture. A little laugh escapes my mouth. I can't stand this girl.

"Whoah..These things are hella heavy." I wobble as I hold two bowls in my left hand and a bunch of borrowed ingredients in the other.

"Okay and just like that the batter is doneeee We just need an oven..hey we have one back at our dorm!! So I don't gotta keep coming back and forth!" I mutter to myself.

Blessings takes a few things off my arms, as she has a reassuring smile on her face. We make our way back to the dormitory. As we arrive many people are in the dorm already. Oh my! I hope we have enough for everyone, I panic a bit as I feel a hand on my back.

"Thank you for contributing to doing this, oh I'm Victor by the way I just noticed we haven't introduced each other." He says in my ear. Shivers go down my spine as I hear the words being spoken to me. My mind slowly goes into a blur, as I feel my face heat up.
