Alex snuck out without anyone seeing him. Meredith wishes she had more time to sleep, though it's not just medicine keeping her up all night, but her Dr. McDreamy. When they wake, she tells Derek to sneak out, but Izzie and George see him. Meredith jumps through all Bailey's hoops. Meredith then repeated Bailey's orders,"There's a consult in the pit. Girl with a fever and abdominal pain. After that, Nicholas in 3311 needs his meds. Mr. Moeller's IV fell out, and he's a hard stick. Postops in 1337, 3342, 3363, and 2381."
Delilah and George were with a new patient that was a young child. Derek ordered MRI and later we were paged to the room.Jamie legs starts twitching quickly.
Derek urgently said,"It's a focal, left-side seizure. Ok, let's get the diazepam running now, please. Tourniquet please. Jaime, here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna put this on your arm, ok? Isn't that fun? Here, we're gonna put that right there, like that. And this is gonna feel cold. This is a butterfly. Butterfly fly lands right there. Good. Blanket for the butterfly. Good, nicely done."Jamie's leg stops twitching. Delilah then bent down to her level and asked," Hey, you like spaceships?"
Jamie nodded her head." You do? Ok, should we take Captain O'Malley, my first lieutenant, to the spaceship MRI. Let's go." Derek said to her parents that surgery is the best route to go.
George and Delilah scrubs in on a surgery with Derek. In the operating room, George accuses the anesthesiologist of drinking. Derek kicks George out of the surgery. Cristina is happy to step in, despite feeling sick all day. The anesthesiologist falls asleep during the surgery and Derek kicks him out. Derek later pulls George aside and tells him he respects him for breaking the doctor code.
Derek then said," I was out of line. Somebody should have taken responsibility. It should have been the guy doing the cutting. It should have been me. You didn't deserve what happened to you today. You did the right thing code or no code."
Derek extends his hand for George to shake, George hesitates then shakes his hand.
Delilah went to a pub and played some of her acoustic songs on her guitar. I played 'You're on your own kid'

She finished her song and went to the bar and ordered a double whiskey. A guy came up to the bar and said to the bartender to put it on his tab. Delilah said that he did not have to do that ,but he insisted. He then asked if she was a professional singer. "No. I just do this for fun. It helps with the craziness in my head." She snorted," I am actually a doctor." He replied," You do look a bit young."
" Thanks for the compliment. I am 21. A bit young, but considering I finished high school at 14 and med school last year, it tends to check out. My name's Delilah if you were wondering. " He stretched out his hand," Noah at your service."
They laughed and joked together. He leaned closer and she took a chance and kissed him and he asked if she wanted to get out of there. She nodded her head, grabbed with one hand her guitar and the other grabbed his hand. She took him to the house and snuck into the house. She led him up to the attic, which she renovated to the best of abilities. They had an amazing night together and Delilah slept peacefully that night.
