"Two year old case reopened for investigation" .
states the headlines of the newspaper after reading furthermore about those particular headlines , it states that on 21st June 2022 this case was reported by the locals that a house was burned into ashes and two dead bodies were found along with one person missing from the family as informed by the locals during the investigation process.
This case is being reopened because Digvijay Singh , a very influential person who was related to the family, is demanding justice for them and to find the real culprit behind this and also the missing daughter of the family as they want her under their custody.
Flashback starts
21st June 2022 12:00 am Finally 18
"It will never be the same again And I will make sure it doesn't"
Turning 18 legally means now I am an adult. That means I can survive on my own without being in anyone's custody or being compelled to do everything on their demand.
Now rather I can escape from this awful place, or maybe never be able to do so if I didn't give it a try now.
Next morning
I woke up with the sound of my alarm, sun rays peeking through the window disturbing my sleep, "As if you ever really slept that much" Moreover it's just 7 in the morning.
Sighing I switch off the alarm and get up to get ready for the best day of my life till now. Straight away going to the bathroom and getting ready l headed downstairs and to my luck it was empty as always with bear cans scattered all over the dinning table along with glasses.
Cleaning all the mess I started preparing for the breakfast meanwhile Tina headed downstairs with Tom , her husband.
'You haven't prepared our breakfast till now' she said when she saw me in the kitchen while glaring and I just kept preparing the breakfast.
'You moron how dare you ignore my wife ,do not show that bitch of an attitude to us you do know what we can do to you right . He said smirking and again I ignored him.
We shouldn't have taken you again with us from those monsters, you would have stayed with them and got the special treatment you were given daily , he barked again.
'Well you did take me back' I spoke while eating strawberries. 'You do know right they can get you back anytime they want right' . Tina spoke while laughing with her husband.
'I do know that you don't have to remind me of it again. As I don't remember having any memory loss'. I spoke while serving them their breakfast.
'Oh if you didn't have one then you do remember getting beaten up and starved by us right'. Tom said smirking while Tina just laughed.
