Y'all, I'm back writing this story, but don't get your hopes up, it is a VERY slow burn story... ,:[

(Y/n) pov:

The final bell of the day sounded, and I walked to my locker to gather my things.

"Maybe I can go to the movies today. I think I have enough." I thought, grabbing my backpack and packing it up, the zipping it and slinging it over my shoulder.

I kicked my locker closed then walked to the exit, hoping to blend in with the crowd. I really don't have the energy to deal with April right now.

"Hey! (Y/n)!" Casey shouted as I tried to act like I didn't hear him. "Dude, wait for me!"

He ran up next to me, a gappy smirk on his face. "Don't think you can get away from me that easily!"

I rolled my eyes, then looked around for a second. "Oh, sorry Jones. Thought April might be with you."

He shrugged. "Nope, said she was going to hang with her other friends today so she had to bounce."

I nodded. "Well, I'm planning to watch a movie. Want to join?"

He gave me a double thumbs-up and we walked down to the theater.

April pov:

I walked into an alley, looking around before stealthily lifting the manhole cover and climbing down the ladder.

I walked for a little, the smell was still pretty bad.

Once I reached the lair, I could hear shouting and the bangs of video game guns.

"Hey! I'm here!" I said, walking into the lair and seeing Mikey sitting on the couch next to Leo, both playing video games as Raph sat on his bean bag chair with a comic. I'm guessing Donnie was in his lab.

"Hey April. Can't talk now. Donnie wanted to see you." Leo said, focusing on the game. I nodded and walked into Donnie's lab.

"Donnie, Leo said you wanted to see me?" I asked as I walked in, and Donnie, who was hunched over his work table, jumped.

"Oh! April! I-I mean, hey April." Donnie said, chuckling awkwardly.

"Jeez, he makes it so obvious that he likes me." I thought. I walked closer to his desk and took a seat in his spinning chair.

"Well, why did you want to see me?" I asked, and Donnie's eyes widened.

"Right. Well, the other day, there was this girl who we helped treat after she got hurt, but she turned into this thing... it looked really creepy. She looked to be around your age and I was wondering if you knew her?"

"Well, what did she look like?" I asked. "Who the hell saw the turtles and didn't say anything? That's so weird."

"She had (h/c) (h/l) hair, (s/t) skin, (e/c) eyes..." Donnie trailed off. He looked like he doesn't remember anything else.

"That sounds like (Y/n)." I said. "She's kind of annoying."

Donnie paused, appearing to be lost in thought. I waited for a second before standing up and waving to him. "Gonna go hang with Mikey and Leo now! Bye Donnie!"

"Oh, bye April!" Donnie said and I walked out to the couch.
