"I have to try to place high in this tournament," Bianca Roche thinks to herself as she sits at her seat. "Being the only elf attending this academy I have to make a statement that elves are just as powerful too. But I do have some adversaries Valerus Marina, Eriko Agnello, Ezekiel Agnes, Albeck Reigns, Rose Providence, and Jericho Pearson the Dragonclad. Haa" She sighs as she looks out the window. "I guess I really have to try."

Outside the classroom building.

"So Albeck how bout we team up on this exam?"

"I am fine," Albeck says as he continues to walk ahead of Jericho.

STEP STEP STEP

"If you the brawn I can be the brains" Jericho insists as he catches up to Albeck.

"I already said I am fine. I'll work with any partner I get whether there useful or useless am winning the Magus Exam." Albeck stops. "In fact why are you talking to a fellow competitor Dragonclad knowing the Pearson family I wouldn't think you would ask of assistance. A noble family that is known for being arrogant and being full of themselves."

"My name is Jericho Pearson. Not Dragonclad. The reason I would want to team up I believe it would be beneficial for both of us to make it to the 3rd stage."

"How would that even be possible unless"

Jericho smirks "I know how they place the partners for the 2nd stage. It's based on how you score on the exam. If we both get the same score we should be partnered" he extends his arm out "So how about it?"

"I look forward to fighting you Dragonclad," Albeck says as he walks away.

Jericho throws a little tantrum "I said my name is- never mind that." Jericho then pauses and looks to the sky. "Well, imma have to beat you all and live up to the Pearson name." as he extends his hands to the sky.

Classroom building hallway.

"Tomorrow is the day girls" Rose speaks.

"Yeah, we'll do our best Rose" Azalea speaks.

"No matter who we're paired with we'll do fine" Sunneta reassures the group.

"If were paired with each other that would be best" Lily adds.

"You got this Rose. We'll be there to help you. No matter what." Bella says.

Rose nods in agreement "I dont want this to be on me but all of you should try and do your best and who knows maybe all of us can make it to the final stage" Rose says.

"I have to win," Rose says.

Familiar voices can be heard around the corner.

"Ezekiel cmon"

"You got to get this stuff down, man"

STEP STEP

Valerus, Ezekiel, and Eriko turn the corner.

"Eriko"

"Rose"

"Woah woah now let's save this for the exam" Valerus stands between them.

"You'll show her tomorrow Rose" Sunneta says.

"Yeah I look forward to it," Ezekiel says.

"Good luck out there Twelve Stars and Irregular" Bella says as the girls walk away from the trio"
