I woke up to my daughter smacking my face with her baby hands.

I don't even know how the fuck she got out her room.

She smiled with her two front teeth making me laugh, "DA!"

"hi daddy's favorite."

I kissed all over her face and picked her up, walking her with me to the bathroom. I brushed both of our teeth. My full row and her growing small ones.

I had a meeting to go to with Harlow, Mihty, and Markeo today. It's been about a month since we started this truce and I'm not seeing enough gain from it. We're selling less product because they're buying it.

They either need to increase how much they buy and how much they pay or we go separate ways.

I called my homegirl to come watch this little girl for a while.

"yurr, wsp' Kanji?"

I laughed pulling down my shirt while Regina rolled in bed on her tummy. "yo barbie i need you to take care baby girl for the afternoon. maybe the night depending on this meeting."

Nesha responded, "yeah i gotchu li' head. you want me to head there now?"

"yeah, i gotta leave i gotta be there in an hour but i gotta be early, impressions you know."

she hummed, "heard, love you. love you Reginaaa!"

Regina turned around and giggled. Sometimes I think that Regina likes Barbie more than me.

"bye Barbie, love you."

She hung up and I helped Regina into her outfit. She was wearing a blue car shirt and some sweats. She wasn't going anywhere but I did fix up her hair some.

I blew on her stomach and she giggled, "DA! Ne Ne come?"

I nodded, "yeah I have to go out. you guys are gonna have a sleepover."

She smiled and started clapping her hands. I set her down while I started making her oatmeal for breakfast. She was playing with her toy cars and dolls. Maybe she'll like Fast and Furious movies when she's older.

My doorbell rang and Regina came waddling towards me.

I chuckled and picked her up heading to the front door. Barbie came in and took her from me and swirled her around "my loveeee"

I kissed Regina's cheek and gave Barbie a hug.

"her food is on the counter. don't destroy anything Barbie and be good baby girl."

I walked into the diner that this meeting with Kanji was supposed to be.

Harlow was already sitting down and I slid in next to him but he said, "sit on the other side. i don't know why the fuck your gay ass tried to sit next to me."

I coughed awkwardly, moving to the other side, "ion wantchu'. i just assumed the other two sitting on the other side."

He ignored what i said and nodded his head towards the door, "here they come, don't speak until I say something, and then just agree with whatever i say."

I reluctantly nodded. It seems more and more like he's not planning to step down from his position next year. I assumed since he took me in as a kid he would keep his word, since he put it on my parents.
