I was humming a little as I looked at myself in the mirror.I am wearing a red halter top with a black high waist skirt. I topped it up with my leather cardigan and ankle boots. I turned around and survey myself again before my gaze dropped in the folder above my dresser. Nautusan ako ni Dad na dalahin sa opisina ang mga papeles na iyon dahil kelangan ng kapatid ko sa kanyang presentation. Sa unang pagkakataon naging masaya ako na kinailangan kong pumunta sa opisina dahil nakiusap ang kapatid ko. But obviously not the reason I am gleaming with joy. Of course the reason was Zeke. I drove to the office with my black mcLaren car. As get of my car I immediately gave the key to the valet parking and enterd the premises. " Do you need something from me Ms. Monterealba?" Ang baritono nyang boses ang nagpalingon sakin.
I turned around and my face immediately brightened up. Seeing him today I already achieved my goal. I tried to take a step towards him when I heard his voice again.
"I don't think we have a business to discuss Ms. Monterealba." His voice is stern. Natigilan ako. His eyes was looking staright at me. He has a look on his face that tells everyone that he's not happy about me coming in this office. Maging ang mga tao sa loob ng opisina ay bahagyang natigilan sa inasal nya. Hindi ko inaasahan ang pagbabago ng pakikitungo nya sakin. We are not close but we are not indifferent either. And I never pictured that the shy and timid Zeke will have the guts to talk to me like this.
"It's not about the business Mr. Madrid."I raised my chin and looked him in the eye. Nilabanan ko ang tingin nya na iyon. I will not get intimidated by him. No one has ever made me cower before them.
"Then we don't have anything to talk about Ma'am" He said stressing out the "Ma'am". Like telling me that he's pointing out our positions and differences.
He walked past me like he doesn't care at all who I am. Umakto sya na parang wala akong epekto sa kanya, na hindi sya natatakot sakin. That made my blood boil. Looks like I am the only one that thought that this is gonna be easy for me. I didn't thought that maybe he's just acting like he's intimidated with me. I scoffed at the thought. Before he could even pass by me I grabbed his wrist.
"I think you got it wrong Mr. Madrid." Humigpit ang hawak ko sa kanya. Bahagya ko syang hinila paharap sakin. I looked him straight in the eyes. I smiled evily at him.
"You might think I can't force you to do something that you don't want Mr. Madrid. I know you already heard about me." My voice is drifting with poison. Inilapit ko ang bibig sa tenga nya. "Since I like you will give you another chance to come with me in peace." Bulong ka sa kanya.
Nagtagis ang bagang nya. Sinadya kong patamaan ang ego nya para lalo syang magalit. Tingnan natin kung hanggang saan ang tapang mo Zeke Madrid.
Napayuko si Mr.Smith na tahimik lang sa tabi namin ni Zeke.Alam kong narinig nya ang mga sinabi ko pero wala akog pakialam sa iisipin nya. It's not like anyone in this room can do something about it. I took a glace back and they hurriedly move back to what they are doing earlier.
I followed him in his office. He stood by the door as I enter his office he immediately closed the door, grabbed my hand and slammed my soft body againsts his.
