Lucian came down for breakfast and found Diana lost in her thoughts. He waved his hand in front of her face to bring her back to the present.
"What happened, madam? Where are you lost?" he asked, taking a seat across from her.
She shook her head and replied, "Nothing. How come you're late today?"
"Aditya," he said, exasperated, his expression conveying the frustration of dealing with morning chaos.
Diana chuckled in understanding. Waking Adi in the morning was much worse than battling against armies and tornadoes simultaneously.
"What's wrong? You look totally frustrated and sad. Did something happen?" Lucian questioned again.
"Really? I'm perfectly alright. Maybe you are still in sleep." Diana replied, her irritation evident at how easily her brothers could read her.
"Oh, come on. Those grave expressions of yours when you were lost look like you've lost everything and are carrying the whole weight of the world's sadness," Luke remarked, adding, "So, tell me, what happened? Sometimes all you need is an ear to vent to and maybe some unbiased perspectives."
Diana fought with herself but ultimately decided to share, recounting the morning's incident while carefully omitting the part about how much power Rayansh still held over her or how deeply she cared for them.
Lucian laughed but tried to stop it seeing Diana shooting daggers at him with eyes. He knows he should be sad and it hurts that they have pushed her so far that she doesn't want to live with them but he understands her unsaid frustration and her efforts to fight with herself and Rayansh which makes it so funny knowing she would have made some illogical justification to herself.
" Sorry sorry princess but what is the problem in staying here? " Lucian asked.
Diana ignored him because even she herself is aware that he had melted her heart already with his sincere efforts and also because he was the only person who tried to apologise and behave same with her like from first day even when she was unresponsive and ignoring him or maybe because she was aware deep down even if not ready to acknowledge yet that if the situation was reverse ,she would herself never go against Rayansh trusting that he would have taken decision in favour of them only.....
Aditya and Dylan entered at the same moment, saving her from answering. She watched as Adi casually hugged luke and sat down, opening his mouth like it was normal now, also not to eat himself. Maybe it was normal for him, but she was shocked when Luke forwarded the next bite to her. It wasn't for her, so she shook her head.
But when he gave her a big brother look, she ate it, hating how she didn't stand a chance against it, even when he rarely used it. What shocked her most was when he forwarded it to Dylan and He also looked like her and shook his head. But unlike her, this time Luke got a infamous big brother look.
Ah, karma," she chuckled, looking at him, taking it back. He also similarly likes her wasn't standing a chance against that look. But it didn't happen as Adi took it from him and put it in Dylan's mouth, which was open as he was trying to say something because Adi had glared at him before and then after making him eat it ,he said, "Don't take out anger on food." Which shut him efficiently and Luke takes turns making us all eat .
Rayansh entered with this sight and even though he didn't have faith in God, he wished with all heart that no evil eye ever bestowed on them and those sunshine smiles again adorn their face everyday.' Wish!'
He takes out his chair but even before he could sit, Luke extends a bite towards him .He ate it and also fed Luke from his hands which earlier would have bring too many protests of how he love Luke only or how much torture he put them through and also how favoritism is worst thing to exist and even though it hurts how much things have changed between them yet the memories from before bring smile on his face, A painful one though!
" Alright, Isn't training getting too monotonous ? " Rayansh questioned rhetorically.
" So let's change the little bit course from traditional training to single workout program. What do you like more swimming or football? " He questioned.
Great ! So he doesn't understand or choose too ignore that making people choose their favorite thing as training *cough* *cough* torture is also called mental torture.
They all look at each other and decide even though both could be the worst way of torture but football holds Rayansh emotions so he would be too hard not that he ever go easy but still later one is tad bit better .
After making up their mind , they said together "Swimming".
"Okay" He replied and we all move translated run toward swimming pool until we reached its door which is five miles away, when he suddenly remember "Oh! But I love football more"
He looked us innocently too innocently ! Four pairs of eyes glared at him which he ignored royally and move towards football pitch .
Everyone else simply followed him, cursing everything when they realize he didn't leave after morning workout which means he is going to monitor them today.
"Shouldn't he be busy with his team as Riccardo is roaming freely?" Lucian questioned rhetorically.
" Common ,What are you speaking? "The GREAT REYANSH WILSON" is always busy ,Don't you know he is the one who look after country's GDP , mars mission, army plans and obviously how much people are breathing?" Adi said with full sarcasm and they all looked him shockingly because he rarely says anything but before anyone could say something, they reached ground.
If you still think they were going to play football like normal people then you are an idiot because those pitches are like a temple and you only enter there when you have impressed its god and he want you inside which is like once in rare moon so as usual they started their football practice *cough* *cough*sufferings outside under a raging sun draining themselves out of energy literally praying for water obviously due to mind games of Reyansh Not knowing they would soon curse themselves for even wishing it.
