periods pain or heart pain?

A girl was laying on her stomach holding it tightly with his hands with her head down on bed totally covering her face when Diana barged into her room and started shouting " JAAN, I got permission to go out . Do you know I had already planned our whole outing ? First we would go to sunset point and eat the tastiest maggie you would ever had because that is the only best thing about  it as I could never understand why people love to see  dubta hua suraj ( setting sun) when our own lives are sinking . 

" Maybe because seeing the falling sun gave them hope that they are not alone who are sinking and maybe they would also got their dawn tomorrow or someday in future like sun where they would shine " girl said turning but it goes above Dia's head listening pain in her voice and tears on her face .

She kept the clothes on the table which she had brought , goes near her bed , sat on it and cupped her face with palms gently like she was holding new born baby and was afraid that she would hurt her if her touch hardens little bit and said in soft voice " what happened jaan? Why are you crying? Did somebody say something to you? Are you not feeling well? Should I call doctor? Why are you not saying something?" 

"shh! How would I say anything when you keep taking like chatterbox ?" Aurora said with smile but then started sniffing with tears rolling down again on her already dried tears marks .

" hey , shh jaan! shh! calm down baba" she said hugging crying girl tightly and rubbing her back softly till her sniffles stopped and she was looking at her with red nose and face looking so cute that she badly want to pull her cheeks and she would have did it if only she was not crying.

" I thought only human government officials saw the complaints after months or years but even god do it and he is doing cheating because if he is following human government official rules then he have to take at least decade to rectify or sometimes even century but no he did it as soon as he listen. That's not allowed !" she declared half crying-half stubbornly.

"What?" Diana said bewildered not understanding a single thing except that her sister has lost her last braincell too. 

Pity!

It was already hard to live with too many Nitwits in home and another one joined the list. Her chain of thoughts were broken again with her sister's stupid words 'I am dying'

"What?" Diana again said sorry shouted.

"I don't want to die this early, I had just got you stupid but lovable, idiots but adorable, crazy but sweet, charming but fools siblings in the life but I am dying" Aurora said dramatically crying and Diana was giving her fiery looks listening her insults but try to calm her down after listening last line but Aurora dropped next bomb " I did suicide"

"What" she screamed literally and figuratively standing and throwing her hands on both sides with her eyes drilling holes on her trying to understand whatever nonsense her sister is spewing but suddenly aurora started crying hysterically holding her stomach lying on bed like she was dying in real so she got scared but said bravely for her sister again going on bed and holding her hand with her one hand trying to comfort her or herself she didn't know and holding phone from other hand  "Don't worry Jaan , you would be fine, let me call Ray."

"Ah, Ah , God it's so unfair , I eat poison three year Ah Ah ago Ah Ah " Aurora shouted.

"What!" Diana looked her shockingly as her phone fall down from her hands. Poison definitely doesn't work after three years, did it?

"Call doctor or I Would die Ah Ah of bleeding  and Ah Ah this pain before poison wholly kill me" Diana who was picking her phone from floor  then look at blood stains on bedsheet and the way she was holding her stomach .The realization dawned her and she slightly pat her head.
