If I tell you that I love you too
It would be empty wordsLike a poem written in verse
Whose objective is just to rhymeIt don't expresses anything
Or at least not the truthKnowing it's unfair
I still do it without remorseI said I loved you too
Sorry I lied, I didn't doSomeone broke my heart
Now I am breaking yoursI know It's unfair
But fairness never works hereCause same I have faced
You are stronger than me I may sayI know I shouldn't be doing it
But I don't love you back I've to repeatI tried making it easier for you
To let me go away from youI tried being rough
So you leave me yourself'Is this day tough?'
You excused my behaviour with thatI tried my best doing bad
And that did made you sadBut at the end of the day
I still love you, you saidI'm sorry I have to do this
I don't love you back I have to repeatI know it's unfair
But I promise, it wouldn't hurtYou'll cry for few months
And then you'll overcomeSaying that, I lied again
'Cause overcome don't happen in true love
It just achesTruth is it would really hurt
It wouldn't let you live
It wouldn't let you dieSomewhere in the back of your head
While you are making love with someone elseYou will miss me
And never forgetYou will hate me
But you will soon learnThat hate isn't opposite of love
It's just form of wounded loveMy memory will haunt you like a curse
When you will think of anyone except usI've had experience
Now it's your turnThat's not your fault
You are suffering forBut neither it's mine
We could blame this on situation
Or maybe on timeSomeone broke my heart
So I'm breaking yoursSomeday you'll break someone else's
Soon you'll understandInstead of good bye
It's not you it's me, I saidBut it wasn't me neither
It was someone else
