Arshita's Pov

"It's me! Your beam of light! I'm sorry for not opening that door last night. I was scared....that I might sway ...and I did! When I saw you.....looking so miserable, it was like something pierced through my heart, and all I could do was blame myself, for your situation, for you crying over someone like me! I'm sorry you had to go through all that, but I promise no more crying....no more hurting each other....we're not going to repeat our mistakes....I know what to do now! The right thing, for both of us! You just....have to get up and be completely fine..so that I can leave without being worried. Please Arshu! I don't want you to suffer anymore! I know you can hear me so please, just stop making us all worried and get up now! I promise I won't hurt you anymore! Please get up...I also want to have a glimpse of you doing okay"

Hearing those words had made me want to get up right away and hold Shubman so tight close to me so that he would never be able to leave! I'd heard it! I'd heard everything he had said but my body didn't have the enough power to wake up in that one moment so that I could stop him, from leaving me alone...once again! It felt worse than the pain I'd felt when that car had hit me....it was like someone had kept a huge stone on the top of my heart and now I had to carry it all the way with me....because that was the last thing he had given me, those mere words!

I opened my eyes and was met with Rishabh and Ashi standing right on top of my head looking straight at me, "You finally woke up....oh my god! You're okay right? Do you recognize me? Arshu say something!" Rishabh spoke up as soon as he saw me opening my eyes and I stared at his face as the first words that came out of my mouth were, "Where's.... Shub? Did he... leave already?"

"We're so glad you're fine Arshu! And don't you worry....he said..he'll come back" Ashi said a bit hesitantly as she held my hand and I just looked away while sighing, "He won't! I heard him talking to me.....he left..again!"

"Excuse me? Am I not visible to you? Do you know how worried I was when you'd disappeared last night after getting drunk and then, when Shubman had called! Mujhe laga tha tera nahi mera accident ho gya hai. Agar phirse aisi harkat kari na tune Arshu, I swear mai tujhe chodunga nahi" Rishabh said almost on the verge of crying and I finally looked at him and then said, "I'm sorry! Are you really crying?"

No! I'm not" Rishabh said shaking his head as he looked away and Ashi just gave out a small smile as she spoke up while patting his back, "Yes you are! And it's okay! Everything is fine now guys! And don't you scold her when she just woke up"

"I'm sorry too! Mujhe tera khayal rakhna chahiye tha" Rishabh said slowly and I just gave him a look, "Shut up yaar! Stop trying to make me cry, I have enough of reasons to cry already!" I said and he nodded his head and got up from the chair from beside me and started walking towards the door with Ashi, "Are you guys really leaving me alone? Just when I woke up"

"Someone is here to see you!" Rishabh said as the two of them walked out and I made a confused face as I kept looking towards the door from where the two of them went out and the next moment someone stepped inside. I slowly lift my gaze up and a gasp escaped my mouth, just looking at him was enough to bring tears to my eyes, I took a deep breathe when Ishan finally came and sat on the chair beside without saying anything, I stared at his face as a tear slipped down my eyes and he immediately wiped it slowly shaking his head, "You seriously didn't had to get into an accident to get my attention or to make me talk to you again! Are you crazy?" Ishan finally spoke up while a small smile made its way to my face.

"Do you have to ask that? Haven't I always been crazy?" I asked slowly and he kept glaring at me trying to seem angry but then just let out a chuckle as I did the same.

"I can't believe we're meeting like this again after all this time!" Ishan said shaking his head while looking down and I just took a deep breathe as I tried to get up into a sitting position and he helped me up gently, "It doesn't matter! What matters is that you came back.....I really thought I'd never see you guys again! So thank you....thank you so much!" I said looking down at my hands and Ishan just sighed as he kept a hand on my shoulder and I looked up at him, "Let 's not dwell on the past, shall we? After all.....Maybe I should be thanking you....for sending someone back to me" He said keeping his hand on mine gently and I just shook my head while smiling slightly and said, "It wasn't me....it was all her! She'd never stopped loving you! Just like you! Someone just had to remind her that!"
