The next morning I woke up with a buzzing sound from my wrist. It had shocked me, in a way, and I got up pretty startled. I immediately gripped my right wrist, but then I felt the Apple Watch.

Right. Forgot about that.

My near-death experience came back in mind, which definitely wasn't pleasant. Fortunately, I was able to shake it off and get ready in the nick of time to start walking to school. I quickly took a disposable paper bowl, poured some milk in it, then cereal (hate all you want, it's milk then cereal), and took off. I had completely forgotten to get a spoon, but I honestly didn't care. I just put my mouth up to the rim and chugged the milk and cereal. Thoughts flew by in my mind. Had I not kind of died yesterday, I would be much slower and probably would be taking my time with eating breakfast.

Needless to say, I was enjoying the fact that I now had an Apple Watch. My mom luckily hadn't noticed yet. If she did, she would've gone through everything and found the GsDMA app and questioned me about it. Thank God she hasn't noticed yet. I see a school bus driving by. Omar is in it. He waves to me and I wave back. I point to the Apple Watch with a grin on my face, but the bus quickly turns away before he's able to react. I check the time. It's 7:34. School would be starting in 16 minutes, and at the pace I'm going, I'd arrive in a 4th of that. I slow down, knowing that it won't cost me a whole lot, and I take in the pleasant morning air. It's silent out, birds are cheeping every few half-minutes, and the sunrise is absolutely outstanding.

Just then, I hear a slight whining. Sounds like a little kid, maybe a toddler or a kindergartener. Google Maps is directing me towards the sound, like cartoon characters whenever they smell something amazing. I'm close to a Baskin-Robbins, and the sight is clear. Some boy who I feel I've seen before is with a girl, probably his younger sister, who is about 4-6 years old with some spilled Cotton Candy ice cream in front of her. I quickly sprint inside and buy some of the same flavor. I came out and called out to the siblings. They both looked over quickly, the boy inquisitively and the girl at the sight of the ice cream out of the corner of her eye. I came over and lend it to her.

"Hi...I just felt sorry about her spilled ice cream, so I spent some of my lunch money on her. Hope it helps! I'm Tony Starr by the way. Nice to meet you!" I say. Surprisingly, I hadn't stuttered once during that sentence. Although, I hadn't focused on that for long. I couldn't help but to smile at the little girl. "Franz," He said. He looked a bit annoyed and surprised at the same time. Mixed feelings, maybe? Not sure. I waved goodbye and went back quickly. I'd be late for school If I waited any longer. I arrived to school at about 7:40 while Omar arrived about 10 minutes earlier. I met with him at 1st Period.

"Yo," he greeted me. "Hi Omar," I replied. "Still watching Shorts?" He nodded his head as he was scrolling through his feed. He eventually turned it off. "I'm so booooooooooredddduhhhh" he dragged. I chuckled. "You wanna see this new thing I got?" I asked him impatiently. "Sure...?" He asked hesitantly, but curiously. "Check it out!" I said cheerfully as I showed him my new Apple Watch. "Woah!" He exclaimed. "When'd ya get it?" "Last night when I came home," I say. He looked fascinated by the watch as I was showing him everything on it, being very careful not to show him the GsDMA app. Luckily, he didn't notice it.

But, funnily enough, I didn't either?

Mr. Murphy swung open the door looking a bit annoyed and/or tired, and everyone dug their phones in their pockets just like yesterday. I checked my watch again, but then I noticed the app was there this time. Hold up, am I blind? Like, can I genuinely just not see? To check once, I faced the screen in the direction of another person, and sure enough, it wasn't there anymore. So no one else could see this, but I could? Although, that's a lot of speculation, and I've made many assumptions since yesterday, so it might be best if I just pay attention in class.

"Ugh...class...I'm not feeling the best today, you can...uh...just...do what you want...but make sure it's academic. Can't have Mrs. Crawford crawling around my shoulder again," He said.

He dozed off pretty quickly. The class stayed pretty quiet with their Chromebooks and notebooks out for about 2 and a half minutes. And before I knew it, they went wild.

Hm. Maybe I could make some decisions today, could I?
