Silver's POV
I opened my eyes as sun shine hit them. I was in my bedroom? How did I get here!? All I remember is being at the park with Shadow and kissing him... Wait, I kissed him? Sonic came in through the door.
"Good morning!" He claimed.
"Why so happy?" I asked him.
"What? I can't be in a good mood?" He looked at me. "Well, anyway... Today is when that one day that comes once a year!" He said excitedly.
"Christmas?" I asked. He sighed.
"No, the other day..." He pointed at a poster on my wall.
"No way! Today's is the 3Z video game convention?!" I jumped up excitedly.
"Yup! And guess what?" He asked me. "I won four tickets to the convention this morning through the radio!" He told me.
"Oh yeah! Wait, who are the other two who are going with us?" I asked him.
"Well, Tails is going and Vanilla asked me to tell you that you needed to take care of Cream; so she's coming too." He said.
"What? I get to babysit while the greatest event of the year is going on?" I groaned. He smiled. "I hate you..."
"Hey one question." He said. I perked my ears up. "Why is Shadow's jacket here?" He asked.
"Um...that's a good question...that'll have to be answered later! Bye!" I pushed him out of my room. "Hmm, how did it get here? Maybe Shadow snuck me home last night... That's something to worry about later, now...babysitting Cream and probably Cheese while at 3Z? This is awful!" I threw myself onto my bed.
Later at the Convention...
"Stay still darling..." The woman who was face painting Cream's face said. She was getting two hearts painted on her cheeks. Sonic and Tails were off somewhere playing video games, lucky...
Shadow's POV
"Rouge I don't get why I have to wear this..." I said as she giggled.
"Well, for the children of course... Now stay still." She said placing the last piece of the costume on. "You look so huggable!" She squeaked. I could see her through two holes in the consumes nostrils. "Alright, now get out there and show the kids that Bobo Panda is here to play!" Rouge giggled.
"It's a video game convention, not a Toddler's playpen." I groaned but went out there anyway. Every time I took a step it made the sound of a squeaky toy.
Silver's POV
"No, I'm over here with Cream. You know she's into that stuff like Seahorse Hospital, you know dumb stuff like Bobo Panda. Oh..." I realized that Bobo Panda was standing behind me.
"Bobo Panda!" Cream yelled and jumped out the stool that she was sitting, the woman didn't finish her face paint.
"Cream wait!" I shouted as I ran behind her. I feel sorry for the guy who's in that costume.
Shadow's POV
Oh shoot! Cream is chasing me and Silver is right behind me! I've gotta hide! I looked around looking for somewhere to hide. I found a ball put and jumped in. I heard Cream's footsteps stop.
"Bobo Panda?" She asked. I heard more footsteps.
"Cream, you can't just run off like that, think how Bobo Panda must feel..." I heard Silver say. I sighed.
"Sorry..." Their footsteps stared fading away. I got back up from the ball pit.
"Phew..." I said. I got out, kid was stared at me with his jaw dropped opened. I handed him ten bucks. "Shut up kid..." I quickly walked away.
Silver's POV
"Mr. Silver can we go to another game?" Cream asked.
"Wait! I almost got the high score!" I said as I moved the controller of an Xbox counsel violently.
"Oh! What's this?" I heard Cream ask.
"Yeah, yeah...just stay there. Oh yes! 3,600 more points!" I cheered.
"New High Score!" The game claimed. I turned around.
"And that's how you do it. Now, what was it that you wanted to see Cream? Cream?" I looked around for her.
Shadow's POV
I handed a kid a flyer and hugged him. This job was tiring. Why was I the one dressed like this? Wasn't a girl suppose to be wearing this? I noticed Cream was walking around looking lost. Cheese sitting on her shoulder, tried to comfort her. I walked over to her.
"Bobo Panda!" She ran to me and hugged me. I crouched down to hug her too. "I'm lost. I'm with a silver hedgehog named Silver, and I got lost." I removed the head of the panda costume.
"Well, let's go look for Silver." I smiled at her. She smiled too.
"Mr. Shadow! What are you doing here?" She asked.
"It's actually a long story..."
Silver's POV
"You lost a six year old?!" Sonic yelled through the phone into my ear.
"Yes, yes... I know. Please help me! If Vanilla finds out, I'm a dead man!" I cried.
"Yeah, so I bought him so I've got his cut..." I heard her voice. That sweet little voice.
"Well, if we don't do something quick-"
"Call you back. Bye." I hung up. I saw Cream with Bobo Panda. Bobo was holding her hand as they talked. She seemed to notice me.
"Mr. Silver!" She ran to me. I hugged her then picked her up.
"Oh my god, where have you been?! I've been looking all over for you." I said with her already laying her head on my shoulder.
"I'm tired..." She yawned.
"Thank you so much for bringing her. If there's anything we can do in return please tell us." I told Bobo.
"Well, that won't be necessary." I heard him say.
"Wait, Shadow?" I asked. He removed the panda head.
"Hey Silver." He blushed brightly. "You're not embarrassed to be talking to Bobo Panda?" He asked.
"No, you look so huggable!" I hugged him. He hugged me back. "Hey, I'll be texting you later... After we're done here." I said looking over at Cream on my shoulder.
"Alright. I just gotta finish this." He put the panda head back on and ran away. I smiled.
"Let's go home." I told Cream. She was already asleep.
