Beep - Beep - Beep
Aurora groaned before smacking her bedside table to find her phone, she found it and sat up in her bed. The time was 5:45 am, she had to run through her usual pre-shift routine. Routines were always one of Auroras favorite things, she hated when it got messed up.
5:50 am - Aurora makes her bed and changes into one of her old navy crew necks and a pair of sweats
5:55-6:15 am - Cook and eat breakfast
6:15 - 6:30 am - Read a few chapters of David Rossi's newest book
6:45 am - Lock up the apartment and go get coffee
6:50 am - Arrive at the station and change into her uniform.
7:00 am- 24 hour shift begins

Aurora was perched on the couch sipping her cup of coffee when Gabby plopped down next to her. The girl had a mischievous glint in her eye, Aurora sighed and placed her coffee on the table.
"What do you wanna know?" She tilted her head towards the brown-eyed girl.
"I. Want. To. Know. Everything." Gabby had a Cheshire Cat grin plastered on her face.
